An inhabitant of Barrel Volcano, the Czar Dragon is made up of Podoboos and is able to use fire, rock, and physical attacks.  When it looks like he's defeated, he comes back as Zombones and keeps on fighting.  He doesn't look - or act - too bright, but is nothing if not persistent and should always bring a good fight.

Czar Dragon entered the Season Ten Tournament with the worst records outside of the wilcard winners, coming in ranked 60 after only having beaten a few no-names back in Season Four.  So you'd probably have to have achieved the tough feat of having less intelligent than him to favor him in his first round match against Season Champion Doopliss.  No surprises here!  Though he entered the fight as the more fearsome Zombone, still this monstrosity was defeated, and eliminated from the tourney.
