Games: Paper Mario
 
This strange figure (normal by Shy Guy standards, though) is found in Shy Guy's Toybox in Paper Mario.  A pretty common foe in the Box aside from the standard Shy Guy, in addition to the traditional slam attack they can spin crazily in front of Mario, inflicting dizziness if the technique is not avoided.  They can also summon other Shy Guys into battle, so better take them out fast!
