Rawk Hawk was made for the ring! Call him a giant chicken and you'll soon be eating a fistful of feathers. Rawk Hawk was the champion of the Glitz Pit until Mario (Gonzales) came calling, and was the second champion of that fighting tourney, taking the top spot after the disappearance of Prince Mush. While he's not above underhanded tactics - he sent Mario a poisoned cake to try to knock him out of the tourney and excels at intimidating trash talk - most of the unsanctioned activities were actually being performed by Grubba. And while he was no match for Mario and friends in the end, he was certainly stronger than any other team in the Pit. He's got the moves, he's got the 'tude, I think he's not quite as boastful as he would have himself appear, but he is certainly championship fighter material.
Or, at least on paper he is. But in Roy's Sports Hall, in which you'd think he'd soar right to the top as in the Glitz Pit, he's met mixed results. When he first appeared in Season Five, he made it into Round Three, settling a score on the way and upstaging his own boss, (Macho) Grubba, along the way, but his fans were disappointed as he was kept from the finals by Doopliss. Then when he tried to make a comeback in Seasons Six and Eight, he was knocked out immediately. This dropped him to a 50% winning percentage, an oddity for fighters who hav reached Round Three. Despite this surprising statistic, it's almost inevitable that Rawk Hawk will find his way back into the ring. It may take until Season Thirteen, who knows, but I expect that someday he will make a run to the top.
