All of the Koopalings
had been thrown back to their kingdom by Mario except Roy. Luigi had been
knocked
out by Ludwig
earlier in the fight. Roy and Mario glared at each other. Neither one had
a weapon. Then Roy roared and ran at Mario. Mario slid on the ground into
Roy’s knees, knocking Roy down. Roy struggled to
his feet to see
Mario’s fist go in his face, sending him back to the ground. Roy kicked
Mario in the knee when he was on the ground, therefore sending Mario to
the ground. Roy got up and grabbed Mario by the front of the shirt, then
Roy tossed him into a tree. Mario got up and punched Roy in the stomach.
Roy bent over in pain from the punch, allowing Mario to knee him in the
forehead. Roy fell to the ground again. Mario took Roy and started swinging
him around by the tail. Then Mario let go, and Roy flew back to his kingdom.
Roy landed and
bounced twice. Ludwig helped Roy up.
“Did you get them?” asked Bowser.
“Guess,” said Lemmy.
“We didn’t get
them King Dad, the reason is-” Before Morton could finish, Bowser put his
hand on Morton’s
mouth, not allowing
him to speak.
“Go do what you want, I’ll be planning another attack,” said Bowser as he went into the castle. All of the Koopa Kids cheered except Roy. Then they all went to do what they wanted. Ludwig started inventing, Lemmy and Iggy started playing video games, Wendy started putting on more layers of make-up, Morton started talking on the phone (a new habit of his), and Larry tended to his plants.
Roy went to his
room and laid on the bed. 'Why can those Mario Brothers always beat me
so easily? Is it because I’m not strong enough?' thought Roy. Then Roy
went outside where all the weights were and bench
pressed as much
as the limited weights supply would let him. He could already do it with
ease; it wasn’t
going to help
to do it more.
Roy sadly went back to his room and sat on his bed in sadness. Then he heard Ludwig gasp. “It’s a work of art!” shouted Ludwig as he looked at his latest invention. “King Dad, King Dad!” shouted Ludwig as he ran to Bowser.
Roy knew what
was going to happen, Bowser would see it, try to use it, then it wouldn’t
work like they
thought when
they did. Bowser came into the room. “What is it?” asked Bowser.
“It a metalanator,” said Ludwig.
“What does it do?” asked Bowser.
“Remember when you turned yourself into Metal Bowser (in Mario Party 2 Bowser got the technology to turn himself into Metal Bowser, like Metal Mario, if you didn’t know that)? Well now you can turn yourself into Metal Bowser times three!” shouted Ludwig.
Roy jumped to his feet and looked at the machine in great interest. “Well that will work nicely, I’ll try it in the morning,” said Bowser.
“It only works once, and it will take months to build another,” said Ludwig.
“Okay, don’t worry about that,” said Bowser.
“But at least it lasts for twelve hours,” said Ludwig.
“Alright! Stop explaining it, I’ll find out tomorrow,” said Bowser.
“How does it work?” asked Roy when Bowser left.
“You just go inside, then somebody will press go on this computer here, then you’ll be transformed. Why do you ask?” asked Ludwig.
“Curious,” said Roy. If it’s not painfully obvious by the title of this story, and just out of common sense, Roy was planning to turn himself into Metal Roy.
That night, Iggy
was dreaming that he was in a video game. He dreamed about that almost
every night. Then in his dream, he felt a hand cover his mouth. He woke
up to see Roy covering his mouth with one hand and putting his finger to
his lips so he knew to be quiet. Roy slowly took his hand off Iggy’s mouth.
Iggy didn’t say
anything. He
just looked at Roy in confusion.
Roy threw Iggy to his feet and pushed him out the door without waking up Lemmy. Roy started pushing Iggy to Ludwig’s and his room. He stopped halfway. “What are you doing?” whispered Iggy.
“I need your help,” whispered Roy.
“With what?” whispered Iggy.
“I need you to turn me into Metal Roy,” whispered Roy.
“How?” whispered Iggy.
“All we have to do is go into Ludwig’s room and you have to press go when I go in the machine,” whispered Roy.
“Does Ludwig know about this?” whispered Iggy. Roy shook his head. “Does King Dad?” whispered Iggy. Roy shook his head again. “Well then, I’m not helping,” said Iggy.
“I’ll beat you up if you don’t,” whispered Roy.
“Fine,” whispered Iggy.
Roy and Iggy went
to Ludwig’s and Roy’s room and Roy went inside the machine. “Now press
go on that
computer,” said
Roy.
Iggy pressed go. The machine started making a loud noise. Ludwig woke up. He saw a flash of light, then smoke coming out of the machine, not allowing either Iggy or Ludwig to see Roy. The smoke cleared, and Metal Roy examined his hands.
“Roy, that thing only works once! King Dad’s gonna be really mad, and I am right now!” shouted Ludwig.
“The name’s not Roy, it’s Metal Roy!” shouted Roy.
“That took me months to build, now I have to build another!” shouted Ludwig as he ran at Roy. Roy grabbed Ludwig and threw him across the room.
“Don’t make me hurt you, Ludwig,” said Metal Roy.
Bowser ran into the room because he heard yelling. “What’s going on, Roy, what are you doing?” asked Bowser.
“Sorry King Dad, but I had to use your machine. Now out of the way, I have to destroy the Mushroom Kingdom. By the way, the name’s Metal Roy,” said Metal Roy.
“Why you little!” shouted Bowser as he was about to slap Metal Roy. Metal Roy grabbed Bowser’s hand and threw him across the room on top of Ludwig.
“Sorry King Dad,” said Roy as he turned to see all of the Koopalings besides himself, Iggy, and Ludwig, standing in front of him, blocking the way. Metal Roy threw them one by one out of the way until he came to Lemmy. “I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time,” said Metal Roy as he grabbed Lemmy by the face and slammed him into the ground. Lemmy was unconscious.
Metal Roy went out of the Koopa castle, on his way to the Mushroom Kingdom.
“Let him go, he’ll return soon enough,” said Bowser when he saw some of the Koopalings starting to run after Metal Roy.
Metal Roy was finally there. He walked right up to the Mushroom guards. “Hey!” shouted a guard as he swung his sword at Metal Roy. The sword bent when it hit the metal. The two guards looked at each other in fear. Metal Roy smashed the two Mushroom guards' heads together, knocking them out.
Metal Roy opened the door and walked into the kingdom. He walked up to Mario and Luigi’s room. Metal Roy punched down the door, waking up Mario and Luigi from their dreams of eating spaghetti. “What are you doing here, Roy?” asked Mario.
“For the last
time people, the name’s METAL ROY!” shouted Metal Roy as he threw Mario
into Luigi. Mario
and Luigi scrambled
to their feet and both grabbed a Leaf. They received Raccoon power. Luigi
went up to
Roy and hit him
with his Raccoon tail. It did nothing but rattle Luigi.
“Come on Luigi!”
shouted Mario as he opened the window and flew out. Luigi jumped out the
window after Mario. Metal Roy busted the wall and jumped to the ground,
making the earth rumble for a second. Mario flew down by Metal Roy, only
two arm
reaches away.
“Mario, what are you doing?” asked Luigi. Mario didn’t say anything. Roy started walking toward Mario, trying to grab him. Mario flew away from him, but only two arm reaches away again. Roy jumped for Mario. Mario backed up. Roy fell to the ground. Roy got up and kept jumping at Mario. Soon, Mario was next to a river that was extremely close to the castle. Metal Roy jumped for Mario. Mario backed up and Metal Roy jumped into the river. He didn’t see the river because it was dark out. Roy slowly started walking out of the water. Since Mario was Metal Mario before, he knew the metal rusted very easily.
Roy couldn’t move. Mario and Luigi dragged him in front of Koopa Castle and left him there to be easily found. The next morning, Morton and Wendy went outside to play and they saw Metal Roy, sitting there, not able to move.
“King Dad, King Dad!” shouted Wendy and Morton as they went to Bowser to tell them the news. Bowser angrily stomped outside and dragged Metal Roy into the dungeon and locked the door. When the metal power wore off, Bowser took Roy and set him into a large metal pot.
“What are you doing King Dad?” asked Roy. Bowser hung the pot over the lava in his castle. Roy screamed from the burning pain he was feeling. Five minutes later, Bowser took Roy out and threw him into the dungeon. Roy spent the next two weeks there.
