Chapter 1
Lemmy and Iggy, like always, were playing video games. Suddenly Iggy got an idea. “Hey Lemmy, I just thought of something,” said Iggy.
“What is it?” asked Lemmy without taking his eyes off the screen.
“What if we tried to get all eight lands back?” said Iggy.
Lemmy paused the video games. “What eight lands?” asked Lemmy.
“You know, Giant Land, Ice Land, those lands,” said Iggy.
“How are we gonna get them back? Mario and Luigi will stop us like always,” said Lemmy.
“Well I was just
kind of thinking what if we did it alone what would it be like, I didn’t
think of Mario and Luigi,”
said Iggy.
“Who’s gonna get first choice of the lands?” asked Lemmy.
“I don’t care what lands I get as long as I get Giant Land,” said Iggy.
“Okay, when I get rid of Mario and Luigi, then I get to decide who gets what land. Trust me, it will be fair,” said Lemmy.
“How are you going to get rid of them?” asked Iggy.
“I have an idea.
All you have to do is drop the cage,” said Lemmy. Then Lemmy explained
his idea to
Iggy.
Lemmy started writing a note to the Mario Brothers. When the note was finished, Lemmy put on a cloak, cowboy hat, and fake beard so that the Mushroom guards wouldn’t recognize him.
Lemmy walked up to the Mushroom guards and said, “Excuse me my fungus-filled sirs, but would one of you do me a favor and give this letter to the Mario Brothers?”
“Who are you?” asked a Mushroom guard.
“My name is Joe,” said Lemmy with drops of sweat driving down his forehead.
“Joe what?” asked a guard.
“My last name is Joseph, Joe Joseph,” said Lemmy.
“Whatever,” said a guard as he took the note and walked into the castle. Lemmy stayed in front of the castle with the other guard staring at him.
“Excuse me Mario
Brothers, but a gentlemen named Joe Joseph just gave us this note and told
me to give it
to you two,”
said the guard as he handed the note to Luigi.
“Okay, thanks,” said Mario.
“It’s says, 'Dear Mario Brothers, I have a game show and I would be honored for you two to be on it. If you are interested please meet me in front of your castle. I will be waiting. Sincerely, some weird guy with a cowboy hat.',” read Luigi.
“We get to be on TV?” asked Mario.
“That’s what the note says,” said Luigi as he set the note on a table.
“Then what are we waiting for?” shouted Mario.
Mario and Luigi ran out to the front of the castle.
“Joe Joseph, nice to finally meet you boys.” said Lemmy as he shook Mario and Luigi’s hand.
“So when do we get to be on TV?” asked Mario.
“In a few minutes,
but we have to go to the studio. There is a difficult part about getting
there: we have to go
into the Koopa
Kingdom,” said Lemmy.
“No problem Joe,” said Luigi.
“Yeah, we go in there all the time to defeat a bunch of losers,” said Mario.
Lemmy got very mad. He jumped into the air and slapped Mario in the side of the head.
“What was that for?” asked Mario.
“The Koopas are not losers!” shouted Lemmy.
“Yeah they are, they always lose,” said Luigi.
“Watch your mouths or you won’t be on my game show!” shouted Lemmy.
“Okay, okay, we’re sorry.” said Mario.
Mario, Luigi, and Lemmy all walked into the Koopa Kingdom.
“So where is your game show studio?” asked Luigi.
“It may not look like much when you see it, but it is a TV show,” said Lemmy.
“Okay, but where is it?” asked Luigi.
“Just follow me,” said Lemmy.
Soon Mario, Luigi, and Lemmy all came to an abandoned cabin that Morton and Wendy use for a fort. They all walked in and saw two chairs and broken microphones.
“This is it?” asked Mario.
“Yes, now sit down,” said Lemmy.
Mario and Luigi sat down.
“Now!” shouted Lemmy.
Iggy dropped a cage on top of Mario and Luigi. Iggy was hanging on the ceiling with it. He dropped to the ground.
“Congratulations Mario Brothers, you’ve been ambushed by Lemmy and Iggy!” shouted Lemmy as he ripped off his costume.
“Lemmy! Iggy! I should have known!” shouted Mario.
“But you didn’t, that makes you two losers,” said Lemmy.
“Now what?” asked Iggy.
“Now we take control of the eight lands!” shouted Lemmy.
“Okay,” said Iggy.
Lemmy and Iggy left the cabin, heading toward Grass Land, one of the eight lands in the Mushroom Kingdom.
Chapter 2
“Hey Wendy, do you want to go play in our fort, because I do I’m sick of it here, all that happens is Roy and Ludwig beat me up and I don’t like that so let’s leave, I also want to go to the fort because we weren’t there in a long, long, long, time,” said Morton.
“Okay,” said Wendy happily.
Wendy and Morton walked to the cabin and opened the door.
“Help us!” shouted Luigi.
“What are the Mario Brothers doing in our fort?” asked Wendy.
“Lemmy and Iggy trapped us!” shouted Mario.
“Wendy, don’t you think that if Lemmy and Iggy were to trap the Mario Brothers they would tell King Dad?” asked Morton.
“Of course they would, they must be planning something solo,” said Wendy.
“They are, they’re taking control of the Mushroom Kingdom!” shouted Luigi.
“Stop shouting, it’s really not necessary, we could easily hear you if you talked in your normal volumed voice,” said Morton.
“Sorry,” said Mario.
“Do you know where they went first?” asked Wendy.
“Probably to Grass Land,” said Luigi.
“Let’s go, Morton,” said Wendy.
“Where?” asked Morton.
“We’re going to see if they will share the lands with us,” said Wendy.
“Oh, okay.” said Morton.
Wendy and Morton left.
“Wait, help us!” Luigi called to them.
Wendy and Morton ignored him. Soon, Wendy and Morton were in Grass Land. There were Bowser’s minions (stolen by Lemmy and Iggy) everywhere. “Looks like they already took control of Grass Land, let’s go check Desert Land,” said Morton
Wendy and Morton went to Desert Land to see Lemmy freezing the king. “Lemmy, what are you doing?” shouted Wendy.
“Wendy, what are you doing here?” shouted Iggy.
“Again, we are very close to each other so we should not shout because it only hurts my ears,” said Morton.
“We’re taking over, what does it look like?” asked Lemmy.
“Are you taking control of all the lands?” asked Wendy.
“Don’t tell King Dad,” said Iggy.
“Of course she’s gonna tell King Dad, that’s what she’s for,” said Lemmy.
“No I won’t, not if you share the lands with me and Morton,” said Wendy.
“I was never informed that we were going to doublecross Kind Dad,” said Morton.
“Fine, then share it with me and I won’t tell,” said Wendy.
“No,” said Lemmy.
“I’m telling then!” shouted Wendy. “Maybe we should give her at least one land, so that she won’t tell,” said Iggy.
“No, if we take control of all the lands by the time she tells King Dad, King Dad won’t be able to do anything,” said Lemmy.
“I’m telling!” shouted Wendy as she ran back to the Koopa Kingdom. Lemmy and Iggy continued their conquest.
“King Daddy!” shouted Wendy as she and Morton ran into the Koopas' castle.
“What?” asked Bowser.
“Lemmy and Iggy are taking control of the whole Mushroom Kingdom,” said Wendy.
"They are? Cool!” said Larry.
“No it’s not, because they won’t share it,” said Wendy.
“How many lands have they taken over so far?” asked Roy.
“They’re probably in Giant Land by now,” said Wendy.
“That means that by the time we get there they will have taken over all the lands,” said Ludwig.
“Excuse me Wendy, I believe you failed to tell King Dad that you offered your partnership in this conquest,” said Morton.
Wendy started sweating.
“WENDY!” shouted Bowser.
“Sorry,” squeaked Wendy.
“When we’re done taking the lands away from Lemmy and Iggy, you’re going into the dungeon,” said Bowser.
“So we’re going now?” asked Larry.
“The sooner the better,” said Bowser.
All of the Koopas started walking to the Mushroom Kingdom.
Chapter 3
“So who’s gonna get what land?” asked Iggy.
“Well I don’t know, because we both would like to have our old lands because we chose them, but Pipe Land and Mushroom Land, ah, I mean Dark Land (when Bowser didn’t own Dark Land the Princess named it Mushroom Land), are so much bigger,” said Lemmy.
“I don’t care what land I get anymore, just so long as it’s big and powerful. I can always move the giants to that land,” said Iggy.
“Yeah, and I can always freeze whatever land I want,” said Lemmy.
“So who gets what now?” asked Iggy.
“How about I get Dark Land, Ice Land, Water Land, and Grass Land, and you get the rest?” said Lemmy.
“Okay,” said Iggy.
Lemmy and Iggy got right to work. Lemmy froze everything in Dark Land making Dark Land Ice Land, and the old Ice Land Former Ice Land. Iggy brought all of his giants to Pipe Land, keeping it Pipe Land because of all the pipes, making the old Giant Land Deserted Giant Land. All of the other lands stayed the same. Meanwhile, in the Koopas' castle...
“Is everyone done packing?” asked Bowser.
All of the Koopa Kids (not including Lemmy or Iggy) said yes.
“Then let's go get some lands!” shouted Bowser.
They all started walking toward the Mushroom Kingdom, which was renamed The Lemmy and Iggy Kingdom. Meanwhile, in the cabin...
“Mario, how can we get this stupid cage off of us?” asked Luigi.
“I don’t know. Just think Luigi, the whole Mushroom Kingdom is being ruled by Lemmy and Iggy, soon it will be ruled by Bowser. Then when or if we get out of here we will have to fight them,” said Mario.
“We don’t have time to worry about that, we have to think of a way to get out of this cage,” said Luigi.
“You’re right,” said Mario.
Mario and Luigi
started thinking. Meanwhile, in the middle of the Lemmy and Iggy Kingdom
and the Koopa
Kingdom...
“I can’t believe Lemmy and Iggy stole my kingdom!” shouted Princess Toadstool.
“At least they
didn’t keep you like Bowser did, but I wonder why Mario and Luigi didn’t
help us. All we had
was Yoshi and
all of the Mushroom guards, and all of the Mushroom guards were defeated
my Bowser’s minions, and with one shot of his wand, Lemmy defeated Yoshi.
Yoshi looked down in shame. “I’ll bet Mario and Luigi were captured,” said Princess Toadstool.
“Let’s check the Koopa Kingdom for them,” said Toad.
Just then, all of the former Mushroom Kingdom citizens saw Bowser and the Koopa Kids (not including Lemmy or Iggy) walking toward the Lemmy and Iggy Kingdom.
“Hide!” shouted Toad. All of the Mushrooms kneeled down, put their hands behind their backs, and closed their eyes, so that they looked like regular mushrooms, then Yoshi and Princess Toadstool hid behind a rock.
“Old lands here we come!” shouted Morton.
“They’re gonna steal the lands from Lemmy and Iggy,” whispered Princess Toadstool to Yoshi.
When Bowser and the kids were out of sight, everyone came out of hiding. “What do we do?” asked Toad.
“Let’s go look for Mario and Luigi.” said Princess Toadstool.
Princess Toadstool, Yoshi, Toad, and the other Mushroom people all walked into the Koopa Kingdom.
“Mario, Luigi!” called Princess Toadstool.
The kingdom was totally deserted because Lemmy and Iggy took all the minions, and the Koopas all went to the Mushroom Kingdom, leaving no one else.
“Did you hear that Luigi?” asked Mario.
“Yeah, let’s scream back to them,” said Luigi.
“Princess Toadstool, we’re in the cabin!” shouted Mario.
They all ran to the cabin. Princess Toadstool, Toad, and Yoshi all walked in.
“Mario, what happened?” asked Princess Toadstool.
Mario told Princess Toadstool what happened. “Never mind that, save us,” said Luigi.
“This is a turn of events, the Princess and I saving you,” said Toad.
Princess Toadstool opened the door of the cage.
“It was unlocked?” asked Luigi.
“Yes,” said Princess Toadstool.
Mario and Luigi looked at each other.
“You guys better go get the kingdom back,” said Toad.
“Right, all of you stay on the border line of the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopa Kingdom,” said Mario as he and Luigi ran outside.
The Mario Brothers and the Koopa family (not including you know who) were all heading for Lemmy and Iggy’s castle.
Chapter 4
Lemmy and Iggy were playing video games in Lemmy’s room. Then they heard their castle door slam open.
“What was that?” asked Iggy as he turned off the video games.
Lemmy took his wand and peeked his head out the door.
“We know you’re in here somewhere!” shouted Bowser.
“King Dad, welcome to Lemmy and Iggy’s Kingdom, the home of the most powerful Koopas of all,” said Lemmy as he walked out of his room, being many feet away from Bowser.
“Get in the dungeon right now!” shouted Bowser.
“I’m sorry King Dad, but you can’t tell either of us kings what to do ever again,” said Iggy.
“How dare you!” shouted Bowser.
“Let’s kick their butts,” said Roy.
“No, I don’t believe that’s possible,” said Lemmy.
Bowser roared and started running at Lemmy and Iggy. Twenty Goombas got in the way. Then more and more Goombas. Then Koopa Troopas, then Hammer Brothers, then Piranha Plants out of their pipes. More and more of Bowser’s minions came into the room.
“You’ll have to defeat them first,” said Lemmy.
“Stop you fools, go attack Lemmy and Iggy!” shouted Bowser at his stolen minions.
“They won’t listen to you King Dad, you’re not their master anymore,” said Iggy.
“Stop it you two, right now!” shouted Bowser.
“Attack!” shouted Lemmy.
All of Bowser’s minions came after Bowser and the other Koopa Kids. Bowser blew fire at a row of them, burning them to a crisp. The rest of the Koopa Kids were blowing them away with their wands, one by one. But there was too many of them. The Koopa kids and Bowser still didn’t stop fighting. A Hammer Brother threw a hammer at Morton and Larry, knocking them unconscious. Bowser started slashing each minion while blowing fire at them. But when one minion was defeated, five more came into its place. Lemmy and Iggy just watched from the door of their room in amusement.
A Koopa Troopa got in its shell and hit Roy, knocking Roy unconscious. Only Bowser, Ludwig, and Wendy were still there to fight. It was a one-sided fight. Bowser, Ludwig, and Wendy were soon cornered in the castle by all of the minions.
“Koopas, catch!” shouted Mario as he threw a star to each Koopa. All of the remaining Koopas, Mario, and Luigi were flashing. Then all of the Star-powered people started running and hitting each minion. Soon half the minions were unconscious. Mario and Luigi were doing the most damage because they ran the fastest.
After awhile the Star power wore off, but there were not many minions left. So Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Ludwig, and Wendy, all defeated them without any powers. Lemmy and Iggy ran back into their room.
“Good fighting,
Bowser,” said Mario. “Don’t think that just because I fought alongside
you means that I
am on your side.
I just used your Stars and now, I’m going to get you!” shouted Bowser.
“Bowser, you’re so predictable,” said Mario.
Bowser and his two remaining children ran at Mario and Luigi. Mario and Luigi looked at each other and took out two more Stars. Mario and Luigi started flashing. Bowser gasped as Mario and Luigi plowed right through him and his two children. Bowser, Ludwig, and Wendy were unconscious. The Star power wore off.
Lemmy and Iggy poked their heads out of their room to see what was going on. They saw that Mario and Luigi were alone so they came out of their room.
“You should’ve let us take control of the kingdom, but you had to be idiots and fight us. Well we beat you once and we’ll beat you again,” said Lemmy.
“Wait, you just trapped us,” said Luigi.
“Shut up!” shouted Lemmy.
“Luigi, let’s power up again!” shouted Mario.
“But Mario, we used all but one star,” said Luigi.
“Then use it Luigi, you take Iggy and I’ll take Lemmy,” said Mario while glaring at Lemmy.
Luigi reached
into his pocket and powered up with the Star. Luigi ran toward Iggy. Iggy
ran into his
room and pulled
out s Star too.
“Hey, I wanted it!” shouted Lemmy.
Iggy and Luigi
were both flashing. They started running toward each other. When they hit,
there was a blinding explosion. When they could see, Mario and Lemmy saw
Luigi and Iggy unconscious. “Now
it’s just you
and me, plumber,” said Lemmy.
Chapter 5
Mario and Lemmy
glared at each other. Then Lemmy shot an ice beam at Mario. Mario jumped
out of the way and the ice beam froze a piece of the ground. Lemmy shot
another ice beam and Mario dodged it. Again, it made part of the ground
ice. Mario ran up to Lemmy and punched him in the side of the head. Lemmy
fell off
his ball. Lemmy
shot another ice beam at Mario from the ground. Mario grabbed Lemmy’s ball
and blocked
himself with
it. The ball turned to solid ice. Lemmy gasped. Mario threw the ball at
Lemmy’s head. When the ball hit Lemmy’s head, it crashed into millions
of pieces.
“My ball...” said Lemmy in a quiet voice.
Lemmy’s eyes turned
red in anger as he ran at Mario. Lemmy hit Mario in the stomach with his
wand. Mario
bent over in
pain. Lemmy then hit Mario in the head with his wand, sending Mario to
the ground. Lemmy kept
beating Mario
with his wand with fire in his eyes. Mario tried to get up many times but
was knocked back down. Lemmy then started shooting red beams at Mario from
his wand. He was too angry to just freeze Mario
and let it be.
Mario kept getting up and trying to run away but was being hit again with
a red beam. Gradually, Mario started getting further and further to the
door. Lemmy started running to Mario while still shooting him with repeated
red beams. Then Lemmy slipped and fell on an icy patch of ground. When
Lemmy hit the ground, he dropped his wand. It rolled into the unconscious
Luigi.
Mario ran over to Lemmy and picked him up by the tail. Then Mario started swinging Lemmy around faster and faster until Lemmy was nothing but a blur, much like he does Bowser. Then Mario let go and Lemmy flew out the door, back to the abandoned Koopa Kingdom. Then Mario woke up Luigi, and he and Luigi threw out each Koopa one by one back to the Koopa Kingdom. Then they started throwing the unconscious minions.
Mario and Luigi traveled all the lands and threw every remaining minion back to the Koopa Kingdom. The Mushroom Kingdom was back under it’s rightful control. Meanwhile in the Koopas' castle...
“So Lemmy, I can’t tell you what to do ever again, ay?” asked Bowser as he he walked toward Lemmy and Iggy.
“Well the thing about that is...” Lemmy started.
“I never said that, it was all Lemmy’s idea!” said Iggy.
Bowser took Lemmy and Iggy by the back of their necks and threw them in a pot that was hanging over boiling lava. Lemmy and Iggy remained in that pot for half and hour, then when they were burnt to a crisp, they were thrown in the dungeon, where they remained for five weeks. And Wendy was let off the hook for being one of the last remaining Koopalings in the battle.
