Lemmy sat in his father's throne room. Bowser had called him in for a dealafter a great discovery. "Follow me," Bowser said. He had a large bag with him. They headed for the Koopa Prehistoric Museum. When they reached the prehistoric plant section, they stopped. This was the oldest spot in the museum. Bowser pulled out of the bag his heavy shell gloves, boots, and helmet. Only this armor could withstand the force of the laser beam guarding the prehistoric seeds. He grabbed the key from his shell and unlocked the thick glass. Finally, he took a golden seed out.

Bowser growled for the Lakitus who would take them to Lemmy land. After reaching the icy ground of Lemmy Land, Bowser breathed fire to the ground, defrosting it. He slid down the fishing line and planted the seed. It grew instantly into a large Palm Tree. Only one thing was strange: it's leaves where real and pure GOLD!!!!! The ancient seeds had been tested everywhere except Lemmy Land, because of how cold it was, but had grown nowhere.

Back on Earth, the evil villainess Poison Ivy had decided to try for better places than Earth. Hearing the finds of frozen Piranha Plants being the largest ever recorded in Lemmy's Land, she decided to
unfreeze it and plant lots of regular plants, Piranha, and VENOM plants on it where they would grow rapidly.

Toad, Luigi, Mario, The Princess, Yoshi, and their new found friends Lakitu and Tineeko were at Mario's pad. They where having a conversation about what Bowser's next move would be. After
the arial attack they had more power because of their two new friend and the loss of Bowser's medallions of power.

"Yoshi think Bowser attack by suprise," suggested Yoshi.

"He tried that before," Mario replied.

"Who's hungry?" Toadstool asked.

"Yoshi very hungry! Thinking always make Yoshi hungry!" Yoshi replied.

Bowser sat on his throne by his desk and Lemmy sat in front of him. "What is the
deal?" Lemmy asked.

"I will give you Mount Bowser if you give me Lemmy's Land. Mount Bowser is always
frozen and has rivers thriving with fosh for some good ice fishing. It also has large fields for winter crop planting."

"Well, King Dad......." Lemmy was cut short as Poison Ivy burst in and grabbed him.

"So long turtle king!" Poison Ivy said as she swept through her hole in the wall on a vine. As she  left Bowser could be heard growling and shouting.

Larry wandered the halls searching for Lemmy. "That infected elf ran away! GGGGRRRR! Now I'll never get Lemmy's Land!!!" He had found the secret too. At a water fall by the defrosted edge
of Lemmy's Land he had found Golden Palms, Banavian Silver Furs, and others long extinct. Larry, being the plant fanatic, came up with a trade idea for just a bit of Lemmy's Land for a garden.

Iggy came by looking for Bowser. He really needed to tell him something or he wouldn't understand Lemmy. They had started finishing each others sentences again!

Wendy came through the halls looking for Lemmy. She wanted Lemmy's Land because she
couldn't fail if it was already ice and mirrorlike, matching her schemes of a land of mirrors. She was willing to trade all her land for it. She had a fit when she didn't find him. Litterally. She dropped to the floor and banged her fists and kicked her legs until Clawdia came.

"Its not fair!! That infected elf of a Koopa ran away and didn't take me!!!!"

"Who? What?" Clawdia asked. She began heading to the throne room."Bowser, do
you know what an infected elf is?"

"No, but Lemmy was kidnapped By some weird plant lady. Just when I had a deal coming, to! GRRRR!" Bowser growled. "Get some Hammer Brothers working on that hole. I'm going to get Lemmy back." He stormed off , but then thought 'Where would I find her? No king would stoop so low as to ask for directions!! I know I'll battle directions out of Mario!!'

At Mario's pad, Toadstool was cooking up a storm. "Hamburgers for Yoshi, lasagna
for Mario, pasta for Luigi, vegetarian salad for Toad, the Super Princess Ala Carte for me, and chocolate for Ludwig. Ludwig????? What are you doinghere?" Toadstool shouted .

"Have you seen Lemmy? I have a proposition for him., and hurry with my
chocolate bar please!" Said Ludwig quickly.

"No I haven't seen Lemmy. Here's your chocolate now GO!!!!!" the Princess hurriedly
said.

Ludwig left eating his chocolate as Bowser flew out of his castle in his clown cup.  Before Bowser landed everyone spotted a new arrival."Wendy?" everyone said in unison.

"I'm not Wendy!!! Who is Wendy!!??" The newcomer replied in a outraged shout.

"Wendy is my daughter and princess of Water Land. If you're not her, then who are you and
why do you look like her?" Bowser questioned.

"I'm Aroara, an orphan taken in by the Mushroom Kingdom's Retainer, Toad." Aroara replied.

"Toad took in a Koopa look alike???" the Princess exclaimed,  puzzled.

"I'm not the only one," said Aroara. "There's Geno1 and Wcolata, too. We're like the children he never had."

"You mean Toad's only afraid of the Koopas because he thinks Bowser will take you three away?"

"Yep!"

Suddenly a skiing figure drifted in. "Aroara, Toad's....." he stopped short noticing the scene. "Uh oh, Toads not going to like this and neither will 'prince' Wcolata."

"You must be Geno1." Mario said.

Bowser climbed down on a Vine for a closer inspection of the two Koopa-like figures. He stood next to Geno1.

"Which one is Bowser?" asked the Princess. "They look so much alike!"

After close examining of Geno,1 Bowser replied, "He must be Geno1 because he has a Wytortiel
shell with Koopa spikes."

Lakitu stepped forward and examined Geno1's shell. It had the same pattern as his own only it
had spikes on it. "He's part Wytortiel, and Koopa!" Lakitu exclaimed. "From what I can tell he's
half and half."

That was the final straw for everyone. They headed for Toad's house looking for explanations. When they reached his house, they went inside without knocking and found a Koopish creature with no spikes and the Arturtle birthmark on his shell. (Arturtle is a Koopa like version of King Arthur.) Toad and the Arturtle turned around. When Toad saw Mario he thought it was time to tell the truth.

Suddenly a white cylinder encircled Toad. Toad became a small star like creature that  was known as Geno. A silver like voice that had traveled the universe saving good long before Mario was born echoed," I have come for one reason and one reason only: to revive my fellow companion's memory."

Everyone stared blankly.

Geno1 seemed in a trance, but Geno managed to step forward. "Yes, my friend, you are not what
you seem. You are not of this world or any other. Like me you ride the sky and Star Road. Long ago when he first chose a form to come to Earth in order to help good as I did, he was young and inexperienced and the power behind it knocked him out. When he awoke he had lost all memory. He
can only change shape after regaining all memory. Geno1 is not your name, your name is The Mario Surfer. You are the special guardian of Mario. Awake!"

"I remember!" said The Mario Surfer as he was engulfed in a pillar of light. His voice had become bell like. Out of the pillar skied a large star with a golden medallion around it top arm. Inscribed on it was Guardian of Mario Special Access. (From now on the Mario Surfer's words do not have a name after
them so its understood they are thought to everyone and not spoken.) "I'll lead the way." They followed him to a spot with a large question block.

"Where do we go from here?" asked a questioning Bowser.

 "Up."
"Where are we going?" asked a puzzled Mario.

"Ask Bowser, he knows."

Mario looked at Bowser. "Poison Ivy's Lair," he replied. "She kidnapped Lemmy right from under my nose! GGGGRRRRR!"

The Large Star jumped and the royal bus appeared with Mallow in it. "Mario, you have to help us!" he exclaimed. "This evil villainess has taken over Nimbus Land! She calls herself Poison Ivy!"

They boarded the bus to Nimbus land. When they rushed in the palace they saw the
King, Queen, and.....Mallow!? They were tied and gaged with duct tape and couldn't move. The fake Mallow changed, becaming taller and thinner, his body becoming curved and not round, and his hair growing out long and fiery red, until he became Poison Ivy.

"Ha ha ha!" Poison Ivy snarled. "Thought you had me licked did you? Wrong! Think again! Lemmy's Land will soon be a tropical jungle of doom for the Koopas!!"

The enslaved Lemmy Koopa rolled in. His arms were taped to his back and his ball was magnetized to the floor of  the castle.

"How dare you treat my son like that!" Bowser angrily shouted. He lunged at Poison Ivy. She pulled out a vine whip but only succeeded in nicking the broken spike on his shell. Ludwig came flying
in and landed on Poison Ivy.

"King Dad look at my newest invention!" the Kooky Koopa called.

"For once I'm thankful for your inventions, Ludwig." Bowser replied. "Ludwig, go
back to the castle and get Lemmy his spare ball now."

Ludwig soon returned holding a star shaped ball. They then untied Lemmy and handed him the spare ball.

"So long, Mario! I will always watch!"

At the Koopa's Keep Iggy finally found Bowser. "King Dad? No." he said.

"No what?" Bowser replied, confused.

"That's the answer..." said Lemmy, rolling in.

"To your question," finished Iggy.

 "GGGRRR!!!" Bowser furiously shouted and then spit fireballs at them.

Mario was never sure afterward whether he dreamed it or not. All he knew was a small medallion appeared in the mail one day reading: Mario's Guardian Special Access.
