Chapter 11: Crystal of Health
“Your Majesty, there’s something you should know,” Kamek said.
“What?” said Bowser impatiently.
“The Magicparatroopa only needs three crystals,” said Kamek nervously.
“Great, that’s just great. I should not have given that crystal to that dimwitted Dark Paratroopa, I shouldn’t even have used Lionel to capture her; he caused all this trouble. Kamek, go out there, find Kammy, and tell her to leave the Paratroopa alone. We’ll, ambush her as soon as she enters the castle,” said Bowser.
“But you said you wanted her unharmed…”
“JUST DO IT!” Bowser yelled.
“Yes sir!” Kamek shouted quickly. He
flew out on his broom as quick as a flash.
Paralee looked at the map and realized her next crystal was in space. “How am I going into space?” Paralee thought. “Oh, now I know what to do,” she said. She looked into her mailbag and pulled out her diary and read the spell she needed. “Sounds easy,” she said to herself. She took an arrow, drew a star in the ground, pinned the arrow in the middle of the star, and used her magic. Soon a real star appeared.
“Albino, come!” Paralee said. Albino got on her skirt, and as soon Paralee touched the star it took them into space in thirty seconds. They landed on the moon and saw a sparkling clear crystal out in space. Paralee took another star to get closer to it. She was about to take it when she heard a voice.
“I wouldn’t take that if I were you...” said a lady made of stars.
“I’m the Star Princess. I’m the protector of the Crystal of Health. But the only way I can give it to you is if you prove to me you’re the Magicparatroopa,” she explained.
“How?” Paralee asked suspiciously.
“Well… The Magicparatroopa is intelligent. Nothing gets past her,” the Star Princess said. She used her power to make more crystals. “The crystal you were about to take was a decoy. If you pick the right one now you can have it,” she said.
Paralee looked at the crystals, then looked at the princess’ neck. “Wait, what’s that around your neck?” Paralee said.
The princess smiled. “All right, you passed, but…” Here the princess turned into some kind of star monster. “The Magicparatroopa is a very tough fighter. Defeat me and you get the crystal.”

“SHE’S THAT STRONG?! PARATROOPA GIRL!!!” Paralee thought.
“Look, what I write goes, okay? You’re going to win, don’t worry,” I said.
Paralee brought out her bow and arrow. “Wait, you’re going to make me use a bow and arrow? You‘ve got to be kidding me!” Paralee shouted.
“JUST DO IT!” I yelled.
“Okay.”
Paralee did a bow and arrow attack,
causing 8 HP of damage.

Albino did a super charge for 60 damage.

Star Monster chanted, causing comets
to fall and giving Paralee and Albino 50 HP of damage.

Albiono licked Paralee and restored
her.

Paralee used another Bow and Arrow attack,
using so much magic that her attack power went up to 100.

Star Monster sang a song, causing stars
to deal Paralee 20 HP of damage but without affecting Albino.

Paralee grabbed her necklace and used
her magic. She saw stars form into the shape of Paralia and then saw 100
bees. Half of them restored Paralee and Albiono’s HP while the other half
attacked the Star Monster. Each sting did 5 HP of damage.

Star Monster unexpectedly created a
powerful light, causing 100 of damage to Albino, but Paralee made a force
field to deflect the light. This protected Paralee from damage, and the
deflection dealt Star Monster 100 damage.

Paralee restored Albino with a kiss.

The Star Monster turned back into a princess again.
“Seems like you proved yourself here,” said the princess, giving Paralee the crystal. “Good luck, Paralee,” she said, flying away.
Paralee made another star and took herself and Albino back to Toad Town. “Two more crystals, are you up to it?” Paralee asked. Albino barked cheerfully.
