General Mario is fighting Kamek in Dreadnaught Galaxy. Mario jumps and throws his hammer at Kamek but misses him. Kamek zaps Mario with lightning coming from his wand. Mario starts to lean over to grab the fallen Magikoopa’s wand and uses fire against lightning. Mario gets up but Kamek counteracts with lightning. They both enter a struggle, with Kamek gaining the advantage. Mario struggles to keep from getting shocked to death until he feels a slight pinch and gets away from Kamek. He then kicks him headfirst into the wall.
Mario: Surrender and I’ll spare your life. Either way we win.
Kamek falls flat on his face and beats the floor with his fist.
Meanwhile, Luigi is fighting for his life as Lemmy freezes more Shy Guys. Luigi runs as fast as he can as Lemmy follows him on a giant crab while shooting freezing blasts. Luigi runs as fast as he can until he approaches a dead end with Lemmy cornering him.
Lemmy: Say hello to the freeze crab. Ludwig built it for me although I made a few modifications.
Luigi: I give up! You win.
Lemmy freezes him with the crab and leaves Luigi there, thinking him dead.
Lemmy: Leave him there!
Lemmy and other Koopas leave the area and destroy the remaining Shy Guys.
Meanwhile, Wario struggling to find shelter as he fights the paint monster in the middle of Delfino Plaza. Wario jumps and farts with no avail as he trips over a coconut as he runs. A thought comes into Wario’s head. He throws a coconut at the paint monster and hits it, but it grabs it and knocks Wario into the Shine Gate. Wario struggles to get up but the paint monster grabs him and hits him against the wall, knocking a tooth out of Wario’s mouth. He manages to get free and falls into the water, but as he gets back on land he finds Shadow Mario surfing on it with his paintbrush.
Shadow Mario: Give up already! Your army has lost and soon so will you.
Wario: Oh, I don’t think so.
Wario throws a bucket of water on Shadow Mario, revealing him to be Bowser Jr.
Wario: Jr! But why?
Bowser Jr: (in a robotic voice): You will join us. We are the ultimate existence. Surrender or die!
Bowser Jr. then looks to find Wario running up the path toward Bianco Hills.
Bowser Jr: Hold your fire! He is fleeing, so that means we have won.
Wario: I must flee from here!
Meanwhile, Waluigi is fighting a robotic Shroid. Commander Shroob is controlling it. Waluigi is running from it as he jumps into the crater in Thwomp Volcano. He falls but gets out a grappling hook and latches onto a ledge. He looks to see Commander Shroob still chasing him. He runs as fast as he can as he jumps from platform to platform until he reaches the lowest floor. Commander Shroob corners him. Just as Waluigi is about to throw a Bob-omb in there he is grabbed and nearly thrown into the lava. Waluigi gets out his last Bob-omb as Commander Shroob corners him. He sees a hole in the head of the robot. Waluigi jumps on the head and drops the Bob-omb in.
Commander Shroob: Aw crud.
He pushes the eject button and gets out just as the robot explodes and falls into the lava.
Commander Shroob: Ok, I surrender. I might as well go bother someone else. Maybe the Koopalings will do.
With that Commander Shroob is launched out of my submissions and back into Super Lemmy 959’s stories.
Waluigi: That takes care of him.
Meanwhile, General Guy is running away from Smithy.
General Guy: This is too much!
He gets hit by a robot laser, and is injured badly to the point where he can hardly run. He gets up only to see himself and his fellow Shy Guys surrounded by a circle of robots. They are aiming at General Guy.
Smithy: Back away! I will deal with their general myself.
Smithy looks to see General Guy fleeing Nimbus Land.
General Guy: Now, guys!
The last Shy Guy ship drops a motorbike that looks like the mach bike from Mario Kart Wii only it’s red and white and has the Shy Guy symbol on the seat. It also has it on the license plate, which says BDSHIGI. General Guy hops on the motorbike and falls down the clouds. Smithy grabs his ROBOBIKE from his ship. He starts giving chasehim. General Guy lands in Monstro Town and Smithy follows him in hot pursuit. General Guy rides through town and sees a ramp leading to… an ocean? He jumps the ramp and amazingly lands at the Toad Town Docks. Smithy follows and lands as well right behind General Guy, who rides into the central plaza, about to pass the post office, when Smithy takes his crown and throws it at the mailbox, knocking over a pile of letters.
General Guy: If this chase keeps up I’ll end up looking like I tangled with a Spiny a thousand times.
He rides all the way until Smithy catches up to him and they’re side by side. Smithy grabs a metal arm with a point on both sides and jabs it at General Guy, missing him a few times until they approach a cliff with a canyon 600 feet deep. They hop off their bikes and engage in combat.
Smithy: Time to end this pathetic race!
General Guy jumps at him and hits him to the ground. General Guy kicks his face but since Smithy is a robot the metal hurts his foot. Smithy gets up and throws the severely injured General Guy off the cliff.
Smithy: So much for him.
He gets his microphone out.
Smithy: I’ve defeated the general. What’s the situation in Nimbus Land?
Voice from Microphone: All the Shy Guys were destroyed or captured. We are leaving the city.
Smithy: I’m on my way.
Smithy leaves, unaware that General Guy fell into a lake at the bottom of the canyon.
Meanwhile, Lewis is jumping away from Morton’s attacks and kicks him hard in the stomach. Morton falls down very hurt. Why did Lewis prevail so easily? He trained in the Shy Guy Combat Arts Academy since he was a boy, and progressed faster than anyone in the history of the academy. That made him the most powerful Shy Guy in General Guy’s army. The only one who could beat him is Mario himself.
Lewis: Too easy! We won, and the desert army surrenders.
Lewis then sees a hologram of Toad in his ship. He looks exhausted and barely conscious.
Toad: GENERAL LEWIS, GENERAL LEWIS! The princess has been kidnapped and we’ve heard no signal from Luigi, Wario, or General Guy. All those people lost their battles. They must be either dead or on the run. We must help them. We’ll go search for them. I’ll have Mario and Waluigi with me when you meet me. I’ll meet you where you are.
Lewis: Ok, I’ve got your signal on my monitor.
Meanwhile, Luigi is still frozen, but an ice crystal falls on him and the ice breaks apart, freeing Luigi. He is shivering terribly.
Luigi: W-w-w-w-wherrrrrre’sss, M- Mario? So c-cold…
Luigi falls down, barely conscious. He sees a vision of Mario standing in front of him.
Luigi: Mario?
Mario: You will go to the dojo in Toad Town; there you will learn from The Master, the one who teaches the skill of rymusky. Only you can master it.
Luigi: Mario!
The vision fades as Luigi falls unconscious. A skinny figure approaches Luigi with a Shy Guy ship nearby.
Figure: There he is! Get a medical capsule right now!
Shy Guy: Yes, General.
Meanwhile Waluigi, wearing a purple scarf and purple boots, runs over to Luigi, who is covered in snow.
Waluigi: He’s still alive! I must hurry to save him.
Waluigi grabs Luigi and leaves for the ship.
In the reefs of the Mushroom Sea, Wario is swimming after escaping from Isle Delfino. He sees an unusual underwater city, and swims to the area, finding an entrance.
Wario: This is weird!
He sees a Cheep Cheep and a pirate ship. He walks over to a Cheep Cheep in the distance. It notices Wario the moment he arrives.
Cheep Cheep: Greetings, young warrior. I am Marcifas, chancellor of Cheep City. What brings a person from the land above here?
Wario: I don’t know, the war?
Marcifas: There’s no war here.
Wario: I’d like a transport back to the land.
Marcifas: There’s a sub leaving in 15 minutes. I could give you a ticket to board. Talk to Captain Jones for a ticket.
Wario: Ok, Chancellor, I’ll go talk to him.
Wario goes to see Jonathan Johnny Jones, who is sitting at a table.
JONES: Chancellor here has told me that you’re looking for a trip to Toad Town. What’s the cargo?
Wario: Just me, JONES, and I want to avoid being caught by the Koopas.
JONES: Ok, that will do. Get to the sub, I’ll be there in a few minutes.
Meanwhile in the grottos under the MK, a lone Shy Guy swims to find his way out. It is General Guy, having suffered a defeat unlike any other in his seven-year span as general of the Shy Guys.
General: It’s late, I need to contact the Mario Bros.
He swims toward an area of fast-moving water. He approaches a waterfall.
General Guy: Huh? Woaaah!
He falls over the edge, but sees a series of pipes at the bottom.
General Guy: Looks like a way out of here. Trouble is I don’t know where here is.
He looks over to see the Axem Rangers patrolling the sewers looking for him. Axem Green talks to Axem Red.
Axem Green: There’s no sign of General Guy.
Axem Red: I’ll have to inform Smithy.
Axem Red turns to a hologram of Smithy
Smithy: Have you found the general yet?
Axem Red: No. He could be dead after what you did to him.
Smithy: I want General Guy, dead or alive.
Axem Red: Yes, Boss.
The hologram fades and Axem Red leaves
General Guy: Uh oh, Smithy hasn’t given up.
He reads the signs for the pipes. They are for Desert Land, the Beanbean Kingdom, Toad Town, and many others.
General Guy: Toad Town! That’s it! Escape!
He goes through that pipe. He sees the trees of Toad Town.
General Guy: AH! Toad Town.
Toads are walking about doing their normal things, The castle is under construction.
General Guy: I need to report to the castle.
General Guy walks to the entrance but is stopped by two Toad guards.
Toad Guard 1: Halt! This is Princess Peach’s castle. We are repairing damage from the other day’s kidnapping.
Toad Guard 2: Please show us your identification.
General Guy gets out his Shy Guy military license.
General Guy: I am General Guy, leader of the Shy Guy Defense Association. I am here to see the other generals inside.
Toad Guard 2: Ok, you can pass. The others are waiting for you inside.
General Guy enters the gate and walks into the great hall of the castle when Toad runs in.
Toad: The others are waiting for you in the meeting room.
General Guy: Take me there.
Toad leads him into the meeting room, where the Mario Bros. and Wario Bros. are discussing the war. Luigi has some bruises from the Ice Land defeat.
Mario: We need to stop the Koopas at all costs, or this war will never end.
Wario: We must do something about Smithy. He’s annoying and I know he’s planning something.
General Guy: Smithy wants us all dead!
Luigi: General Guy, do you know what he’s up to? You fought him in Nimbus Land.
General Guy: I lost to Smithy badly and got hurt. I barely escaped his clutches. The Axem Rangers are looking for me.
Waluigi: That’s bad news. Hey General Guy, where’s Lewis?
General Guy: How should I know?
A hologram of Lewis shows up on the table.
Lewis: Emergency, emergency! Mario, I was fighting a battle in Gusty Gulch but all my troops are gone and only a few Anti Guys are with me. There’s a new Koopa general! He’s unstoppable! There’s only a few of us left, and we’re forced to hide right now. Save meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-
The hologram breaks up and disappears.
On the other end, Lewis is on the ground with his face scarred. He gets up and runs into the remains of Tubba Blubba’s castle. A few Anti Guys are hiding in the shadows of the rubble.
Anti Guy 1: Unstoppable! He’s unstoppable!
Lewis: Never have I been outmatched by anyone except Mario or General Guy.
A robotic figure walks toward the group. He waves his hand to stop the firing so he stage the fight alone. He walks forward,.
Anti Guy 2: He’s coming… alone…
Anti Guy 3: Were going to die!
Lewis: Quiet! What would General Guy or Mario do in this situation?
Anti Guy 4: They would be patient.
Lewis: Right.
The figure gets closer and everyone starts to move.
Lewis: Steady…
Anti Guy 1 is biting his nails, if he has any.
Then silence falls for a few seconds. Sweat is going down Lewis’s face. As the figure draws close it turns out to be a mixed version of Yaridovich and General Grievous. (They look alike to me.) It stands tall with Grievous’s head spiked feet, and red and black cape, with Yaridovitch’s speared head and spear.
Grievous-Yaridovitch Cyborg Thing: Shy Guys, you are surrounded! I am General Grievodivch and this is your final moment in the living world. A few minutes from now you will be sitting in the Underwhere. I will destroy you all.
He jumps out and grabs Anti Guy 1 and throws him at the remains of Tubba Blubba’s bed. Lewis grabs a sword from a broken sword case, when General Grievodivch grabs two, Lewis defending every attack. Anti Guy 2 tries to kick Grievodvich but he turns around and slashes the Anti Guy in half.
Anti Guy 2: Oh great!
He walks away on his arms. Lewis is still fighting, thinking he has the victory in hand, but when Grievodvich attacks more aggressively Lewis realizes he’s in a fight for his life.
Lewis: I can’t hold on forever!
Meanwhile, a Shy Guy ship is flying toward the remains of Tubba Blubba’s castle.
Commander Guy: There! There’s Lewis.
Shy Guy 1: He always finds a way to hang on. Faster!
The ship lands, with Commander Guy and several Shy Guys running out.
Commander Guy: There are two survivors. Grab them! Everyone, move it now!
Commander Guy and a few others run to the area where Lewis is barely holding on.
Lewis: Well, it’s about time you guys showed up!
Commander Guy: Lewis, we need to leave or the survivors will die.
Lewis: You’re right, Commander, we must leave.
Commander Guy, Lewis, and the remaining Shy Guys and Anti Guys leave, with General Grievodvich watching.
General Grievodvich: Run you fools, run! You have only seen the beginning of my wrath.
Later the Shy Guy ship lands in front of Peach’s castle.
Lewis: *pant, pant* Oh, I thought I was done for...
Later the Mario Bros, the Wario Bros, General Guy, and Lewis are sitting on top of the tower where the Gritzy Desert time hole was. There are chairs placed in a circle and the generals are sitting in them.
Lewis: We must act against this new threat. I demand it!
Luigi: I agree! This General Grievodvich has turned the tide of the war.
Wario: We should give him a pounding.
General Guy: Give him a pounding? Wario, don’t forget that he’s a cyborg and he’s made of metal. All that would do is break your knuckles.
Waluigi: Who would build this monster? He’s a great fighter for the Koopas.
Mario: He’s very good at fencing, obviously. I mean, he almost killed Lewis! If I didn’t send Commander Guy to help Lewis, he would be dead by now.
Lewis: He is very good at killing people. Let’s not forget that I’m the third best fighter on Plit, only behind General Guy and Mario.
Mario: It’s true! Us three are the only ones ever to get a diploma from beating The Master. If this guy can almost kill Lewis then he’s a threat.
Luigi: I suggest that we start a full-scale search for General Grievodivch.
Wario: There aren’t enough Shy Guys to do that!
General Guy: Wario, you’re wrong. Because this conflict is deadlier than the one with the X-Nauts, I had E. Gadd create a cloning machine.
Lewis: With it we can clone Shy Guys and keep the army from getting low on fighters.
Waluigi: We need to find out what, when, and where Bowser’s next attack will be.
Toad enters the room.
Toad: We have spotted Bowser and Smithy leading their armies in an attack on Space Junk Galaxy.
Mario: We need to act quickly!
Luigi: I’ll go!
Mario: Hmmm? I don’t know, Luigi… You said you would take care of Ice Land and Lemmy took control of it; so you need to sit this out.
General Guy: Someone with more experience, I think.
Mario: Wario, General Guy, and I will go.
Lewis: What about me? I have lots of experience.
Waluigi: Mario’s right, Lewis. You should stay here and recover from your injuries.
Lewis: He’s right, I should stay.
Mario: Let’s go!
