In this game, you wager one Koopaling vote and win two if you win, but lose one if you are wrong. I will deal you a certain number of cards from a deck you would use for Go Fish. You decide how many cards you want. The number on the cards stand for points, with kings, queens, and jacks standing for 10s and aces standing for 11s or 1s. If your total points adds up to 19, 20, or 21, you win!
