Mario Paint

Bucket O' Paint: Used for filling in very large areas with paint. Found by Lakitu 2000.

Fly Swatter: Used in the fly-swatting mini-game, although the only thing I would use it for is to swat that fly of a Human! Found by Lakitu 2000.

MARIO PAINT?: The letters at the start of the game! This is the best item because you can use it to hurt Mario! Found by Lakitu 2000.

Music Notes: You can make music! It comes with Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Mario World theme (remix), and a funky tune never before heard in a Mario game. You use normal things like Mushrooms and Flowers to act as music notes. I always make the Bowser space song from Mario Party Games. Found by Lakitu 2000.

Paint Brush: The standard tool in Mario Paint for putting in color, it can also be used to draw, but it's hard to draw with. Found by Lakitu 2000.

Pencil: The pencil is used for adding detail to stamps and other pictures. Found by Lakitu 2000.

Save Machine: *SNORE* What a boring item, all it does is save your pictures and it takes a long time to do it as well! Found by Lakitu 2000.

Stamp: COOL! Using this, you can make your own stamps. You have 20 blank stamp  spaces. Although there are tons of ways to show me killing Mario, I guess 20 could do. Found by Lakitu 2000.
