Coin: You get these from shoooting enemies. 60 coins earns an extra life. Found by Ludwig 222.

Double Chevron: When Yoshi runs over this he will go at an enormous speed for a few seconds. Found by Ludwig 222.

Fire Flower: This restores the power meter so you can shoot more enemies. Found by Ludwig 222.

Gem: Yoshi needs to recover these from each boss. They come in many shapes and colors. Found by Ludwig 222.

Item Box: These are usually found after a mini-boss but others are just floating around. Shoot it for an item. Found by Ludwig 222.

Jump Pad: These help Yoshi jump over lava or water or... well you get the idea. Found by Ludwig 222.

Mushroom: Restores some life power. Whee. Found by Dark Boshi.

Nut: This actually looks like a berry, but it reduces one half of the damage of Yoshi. Sound complicated? It is. Found by Ludwig 222.

Starman: This makes Yoshi invincible for about 20 seconds. Found by Ludwig 222.

Switch Gate: In almost every course, when Yoshi gets to a fork, this blocks one of the paths. Shoot it down and it will block the other path. Found by Ludwig 222.
