Luigi's Mansion
Armor Suit: In the Armory, some of them hide ghosts. When Luigi hits or vacuums them they'll either release a Heart through their helmet or drop their spiked club. Found by Coco.
Banana: Those nasty Banana Tosser Ghosts throw these things. Luigi will slip and hurt himself when he steps on them. Found by Luigi.
Big Mirror: Found in the Mirror Room on 1F, it is shows the reflections of otherwise invisible ghosts. This is the only mirror in the mansion that cannot be used to warp to the Foyer. Found by MammaMia64.
Billiard Balls: After Slim Bankshot shoots these, they fly around the room and you must use the Poltergust to shoot them at Slim. Found by Green Yoshi.
Birdhouse: Found in the courtyard (1F). If you check it, Mario's Letter comes out. Found by MammaMia64.
Blue Mist: No, it's not a herbal shampoo product, it's actually the the mist that comes out of holes when you do something in the room. Walk towards it and you'll be sucked into another room. Found by Davtwan.
Bomb: Hidden by Boos, these are sensed by the Boo Radar. If you find one and don't get away quick, it'll take a bit of health! Found by Gamechamp.
Bones: Mr. Bones will throw these at Luigi, but Luigi must use these to lure Spooky the dog away to suck him up. Found by Shy Ranger.
Boo Ball: Perhaps the most useless item in the game, those cowardly ghosts hide balls and trick Luigi into thinking that he about to find a Boo. Not much, but Luigi can either shoot it or just leave it. Oddly enough, if Luigi leaves a room and re-enters it, the ball is gone. Found by Coco.
Boo Poster: Really dangerous! Don't suck this poster at all! If you keep sucking it up, Luigi will let go and lose health! They appear to be saying "Get out!" The only good thing is that they only appear in the 2F Bathroom and the Projecter Room. Found by Crazy Koopa.
Book of Pericles: Tells of the elements and the medals. Very informative... Found by Teela Yoshi.
The Book of Riddles: This strange book just tells of riddles. Puzzling, I might add. Found in Neville's book case. I wonder what these riddles have to do with the mansion? Clues perhaps? Hmm... Weird... But then again... What's normal? Found by Teela Yoshi.
Boss Keys: Unlike other keys, these magically destroy the spikes on the door with the matching handle symbol. Good news: It takes you the next area. Bad news: You have to fight a wicked boss ghost to get it. Comes in spade, heart, club, and diamond symbols. Not available in stores. Found by Davtwan.
Bowser Painting: King Boo creates this and sucks Luigi in, and the final battle begins. Found by Shy Ranger.
Boxing Bag: Luigi can punch these, but he'd better get out of the way fast, or he'll get hurt! It's found in the training room. Found by MarioGamer.
Breaker Switch: When the lights go out in the mansion, Luigi has to go all the way down into the Basement after fighting Uncle Grimmly so he can use this to turn the lights back on. Hopefully those ghosts can knock him out before he does that. Found by Ludwig 222.
Candelabra: Found floating in the first floor hallway in Area 2, light it on fire and Shivers the wandering butler will start screaming NIGH-NIGHT NIGH-NIGHT over and over again. He will then become visible and Luigi can suck him up with his vacuum once Shivers returns to his room. Found by Luigi's Princess.
Candlestick: Quite common in the mansion. When you get the Fire Medal you can light them with fire. Lighting all of them may be what it takes to solve a puzzle. They go out if you stay in a room long enough. Found by Teela Yoshi.
Chandelier: Found in the Foyer. But don't stand underneath. You don't want to hurt Luigi. There are also Lamps and other shining things. Time to collect that money. Found by Luigi.
Chauncy's Ball: A ball that belongs to the baby Chauncy. You'll find it in the nursey room. When Chauncy attacks you, shoot the ball at him to enter into battle. Found by Coco.
Chauncy's Rocking Horse: He attacks when you try to touch this horsy. He also sends smaller versions of this to attack you. Don't get hit, because it can take health pretty fast. Dodge quickly to avoid getting hit. Found by Teela Yoshi.
Chauncy's Teddy Bears: Before the boss battle, Chauncy will throw these at Luigi. Found by Shy Ranger.
Cheese: When you find a piece of cheese, select it with your Gameboy Horror and a yellow mouse will come out. Use the Poltergust 3000 on the mouse, then you will be rewarded with a lot of money! But, you should avoid them and keep Luigi from getting more money. Found by Iggy Koopa.
Chest: These appear in rooms after you turn the lights on and contain medals, money, or keys. Found by Green Yoshi.
Clocks: These appear in the Clockwork Room. If you turn all of them on you must face the Clockwork Soldiers. Found by Green Yoshi.
Coin: Yep, it's also in Luigi's Mansion and there are many of them. You lose some when you get hurt. Found by Ludwig 222.
Comet: When you're in the room where you can see the moon, there will be comets falling down. When you suck them up, you can shoot them at the moon, which causes a road to appear that leads to Mario's Star. Although it's cool to see the moon explode, just leave it so Mario can never be found. Found by Iggy Koopa.
Crystal Ball: Madam Clairvoya's telaphone to the spirits. Luigi must shine light on this ball to get this gypsy to appear. This mansion is getting weirder and weirder. Then again... what's normal? Found by Teela Yoshi.
Curtain: These can be found hanging from windows. You can use your vacuum to pull them to one side. Found by Green Yoshi.
Darkness is Their Cheese: Book found in Neville's bookcase. Tells of ghost mice and how they feed on darkness like real mice feed on cheese. Very strange... Found by Teela Yoshi.
Diamond: These come in three colors: silver, red, and gold. The silver one is left by some Portrait Ghosts. The red one worth as much as one coin and is only found on the attic balcony. The golden one is worth twenty million but there are only two of them. Found by Ludwig 222.
Door: If you press A next to these you can go through to another room. Some of the apparent doors are actually traps, though. SLAM! Bwahaha! Found by Green Yoshi.
Fake Door: Don't press the A button!!! The door will flatten Luigi and do a lot of damage! Found by Luigi.
Fan: For instance, the one in the master bedroom. Use your Poltergust to earn some cash. Found by Luigi.
Film Projector: Found in the Projection Room, Luigi must get the film projector on in order to battle the invisible Red Grabbers. Found by Coco.
Fire Medal: This is the first of Luigi's medals. You get it after you clear the Mirror Room. It allows you to shoot fire from the vacuum. Found by Ludwig 222.
Flan: Found in the dining room in front of Mr. Luggs. If it normally replenished by the Waiter Ghosts if you vacuum it up. If the Waiter Ghosts have been caught then Mr. Luggs will battle you once his food is all gone. Found by Green Yoshi.
Flashlight: Part of the Poltergust 3000,
but important enough to be mentioned. Luigi keeps it turned off in lit
rooms and on in dark rooms. You can hold B to keep it off in dark rooms
to help catch ghosts, cuz Luigi will
need all the help he can get! Found

Flip Pad: In the Tea Room and the Cellar, if Luigi walks on these, he can walk on the ceiling. But he can't figure out how to get back down... Found by Ludwig 222.
Flowers: Found in many parts of the mansion, flowers will give you money and treasure if you water them with the Poltergust 3000. There is a special one in the doghouse area that must be watered once before each boss after the first. Found by Gamechamp.
Game Boy Horror: Luigi can use this to search a room, see the floor map, and check his items. Found by Ludwig 222.
Gem: These come in emeralds, sapphires, and rubies. They are also found more than the diamonds. Found by Ludwig 222.
Ghost Portificationizer: This machine was invented by E. Gadd. He used it to turn the ghosts into paintings and free Mario from the painting. Found by Shy Ranger.
Gold Bar: These are found in some things of the mansion. Found by Ludwig 222.
Gravestone: Found in the Graveyard. Shaking these will get you different size hearts. Approaching the large one in the back after defeating the enemies in the Graveyard will warp you to Bogmire's battle arena. Found by Green Yoshi.
Heart: How can you beat the game without these?! They restore 10 HP and there are many ways to get them. There are also big ones that restore 50 HP. Found by Ludwig 222.
Hide and Seek Box: Which ones are the the Twins hiding in? Good luck. Found by Shy Ranger.
Ice Medal: The last of Luigi's medals, it is found in the Tea Room. You need to be able to shoot ice in order to beat Boolossus. Found by Ludwig 222.
Instruments: In the Conservatory there are instruments which Luigi must touch if he wants to challenge Melody. There's a saxaphone, three drums, a xylophone, a harp, and a bass. Found by Coco.
Key: Do I need to explain this?! It unlocks most of the doors in the mansion. Found by Ludwig 222.
King Boo's Crown: You get this for beating King Boo. It has a Red Diamond on top worth $5,000. Found by Hip.
Ladder: Luigi can climb one. But they lead to danger! Such as the sealed room where he'll be trapped forever! Found by Mario64.
Leaky Water Pipe: Found in the 2F Washroom. Supplies water elements. Found by MammaMia64.
Lydia's Child Daycare Diary: Book in Neville's room. Tells of the ghostly twins. Gives hints of where to find the keys, and how to get the twins to come out of hiding. Very... neat? Found by Teela Yoshi.
Mario's Items: You need to retrieve these for Madame Clairvoya. There are five of them, his glove, shoe, hat, letter, and Star. Found by Ludwig 222.
Mario Painting: Mario is trapped inside, and Luigi must free him. King Boo should have ripped the painting to shreds. Found by Shy Ranger.
Mirror: Use this to warp back to the Foyer. Found by Ludwig 222.
Mobile: Found in the twin's room. If you spin it Henry and Orville appear. Found by Green Yoshi.
Moldy Old Journal: A book found in the bookcase in Nana's room. It is a very strange one that tells of a nasty prank that Nana pulled on Miss Petunia... It seems that Nana filled her tub with ice. Ghosts sure do strange things... Found by Teela Yoshi.
Money: You'll definitely get more of these than any other kind of money in the mansion. Found by Ludwig 222.
Money Plant: If you spray water at it the first time you see it, after you beat Bogmire, and then again after you beat Boolossus, it gives out coins, money, gems, etc. Found by Green Yoshi.
Nana's Yarn Balls: When you fight Nana (the old grandma ghost in the rocking chair) three of her balls of yarn will fall on the floor. Suck them up with the Poltergust 3000, then let go to shoot them at her. Her attack gets triggered whenever you have sucked one up. Make sure you never let go of them, so Nana can keep attacking Luigi! Found by Iggy Koopa.
Neville's Gig Babycare Diary: Book found in Neville's room. Tells of how the twins and Chauncey sort of have switched natures. The twins are more like babies, and Chauncey seems to be older. Neville must have been very observant when he was alive... Found by Teela Yoshi.
Painting: Can be found in various rooms in the mansion. Some will hide treasures. In the Parlor (2F), the paintings come to life and attack with Gold Ghosts. Found by MammaMia64.
Pearl: Every Portrait Ghost drops these. They come in three sizes. Found by Ludwig 222.
Plant: If you water the plants scattered throughout the mansion, you might just fine some treasure! Found by Mario64.
Poison Mushroom: This and the coin are the only items that return from a previous Mario game. Can you believe that the Super Mushroom was actually skipped? I knew Luigi wasn't super! Though commonly called a Mushroom, don't be fooled by this purple one. Actually, go ahead! Be fooled! If Luigi touches this he'll shrink for a few seconds and lose some coins. While he's shrunk he can't use his vacuum so it's party time for Boos!
Poltergust 3000: This is Luigi's vacuum. Found by Ludwig 222.
Portrait: That E. Gadd turns the Portrait Ghosts that Luigi vacuums into these and hangs them inside the allary. The color and quality of the frame depends on the value of the pearls Luigi got from vacuuming each Portrait Ghost. Found by Kammy.
Poster: Found in the 2F Bathroom, the Twins Room, Storage Room, and more. Some of these might have something behind them, but what? Found by Crazy Koopa.
Projector: A simple scenario found in the Projection Room. Oh, who ever could have guessed? It can't show your favorite movie, but it can show nothing and make ghosts appear! How cool is that? Found by Fly Guy.
Punchbag: Found in the Rec Room. When Biff Atlas is near you must punch these into him. Found by Green Yoshi.
Refridgerator: Found in the Kitchen. Use your Poltergust to open this but watch out as if you stand to close when it opens the door will open on you, causing damage to you. If you have the Ice Medal you can use the fridge to fill your ice meter. Found by Green Yoshi.
Shy Ghost Mask: Suck these up so you can shine light on Shy Ghost. Found by Shy Ranger.
Spiked Balls: This appears when you are facing the last boss. When he crouches down you must shoot these at his head using the Poltergust. Found by Green Yoshi.
Tablecloth: Found on tables around the mansion. Luigi can suck them up with the Poltergust 3000. Found by MammaMia64.
Telephone: In the Telephone Room, they ring and you have to pick them up to get to the next room and turn the power back on. I'm just glad it's not telemarketers! Found by Davtwan.
Thorns: These cover up doors so Luigi can't enter them until he meets certain conditions, which he won't! Found by Mario64.
Tredmill: Found in the Rec Room. If Luigi runs on it enough he gets a key. Found by Green Yoshi.
The Twins' Vehicles: Suck these up to weaken the Twins. Found by Shy Ranger.
Unicorn Statue: The two statues pointing at each other from opposites side of the balcony on the third floor, which you'll use to pop Boolossus. It also gives off you can use to freeze the Boos and suck them up. Found by Davtwan.
Unlit Candle: If you shoot fire out of the Poltergust at these something special usually happens. Found by Green Yoshi.
Vase: These often contain gold bars. Look for them in Hallways. There are some in the secret room too! Found by Luigi.
Water Medal: This is the second medal Luigi gets, in the Kitchen. You can use it to water many plants for goodies. Found by Ludwig 222.
