Balloons: The balloons will help Baby Mario get to the ground. Found by Mike M.

Banana: You get three eggs if Yoshi eat this. Found by Mike M.

Blue Coin: Worth two points. Found by Mike M.

Bubbles: Use these to trap enemies and coins, but watch out, as spikey enemies may pop them. Found by Green Yoshi.

Bumpers: Found in the time attack mode, if Baby Mario hits one of these, he'll bounce off in another direction. Found by Green Yoshi.

Clouds: Draw these for Yoshi to walk on or to guide Baby Mario in the sky. To erase these drawn clouds blow into the mic of the Nintendo DS. Found by Dark Atomic Boo.

Grapes: You get ten eggs if Yoshi eats this. Found by Mike M.

Leaves: At the bottom of every sky area you'll find some leaves. Tap them with your stylus to break them open. Some have coins inside, but don't get any bubbles near these as they'll pop. Found by Green Yoshi.

Melon: You get twenty eggs if Yoshi eats this. Found by Mike M.

POW Block: This will kill all enemies on screen. Found by Mike M.

Red Coin: Worth four points. Found by Mike M.

Super Star: Baby Mario will turn into Super Baby Mario if he gets this, and will be invincible. Found by Mike M.

Watermelon: You get five eggs if Yoshi eats this. Found by Mike M.

Yellow Coin: Worth one point. Found by Mike M.

Yoshi Eggs: Use Yoshi Eggs to kill bad guys and get coins. Found by Mike M.
