Bros. Ball Cannon: When Mario and Luigi are in Bros. Ball mode, they can enter  this cannon. When the babies hit the switch, they will be shot out. Found by ghettobananachris.

Bros. Flower: Take turns tossing fireballs at the enemy. The babies' fireballs can hit flying enemies. May leave a burn. Found by ghettobananachris.

Cannonballers: The Bros. and Baby Bros. are shot into the air by a cannon and land on an enemy. Found by ghettobananachris.

Cash-Back Badge: Receive half the price of the items used in battle after battle. Found by ghettobananachris.

Chomp Rock: Gather Yoshis to help push this when you're inside Yoob. You can also have the Yoshis push one onto Sunnycide when you are fighting him to flip him over. Found by ghettobananachris.

Clear Block: These transparent blocks may be empty or contain an object, and are used in many puzzles. They all have open lids. Found by ghettobananachris.

Cobalt Star: Out of all the items Mario and Luigi get, this is the most important. Obviously, it's a cobalt color, and it's in six shards that must be retrieved and put together. The Cobalt Star has a mind of its own after you get a few shards. It stays inside Stuffwell's luggage for most of the adventure, so I really don't think it'll mind staying in that chest that much. It's very pretty and looks precious, so KEEP WARIO AWAY!!! Found by Kirbysonicmario.

Gems: These are found in Thwomp Volcano. In the slot game you can collect them to get more spins. In the baby spin game, you must collect a certain amount to win a prize. Found by Gold Yoshi.

Toadbert’s Drawing: Mario gets this in Yoob’s Stomach. It is a picture of the scene from when Peach emerged from the Time Machine in the past and encountered Princess Shroob. But only near the end of the game do you discover that a large smudge on the drawing covers the second Princess Shroob! Found by Yoshi#1!!!.
