? Wheel Platform: Hit the ? Wheel to make the platform move. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Ballcatcher: It catches the billiard ball. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Billiard Ball: A billiard ball! If you throw it to a Ballcatcher with the same number, something will happen. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Bouncy: It's a big, pink ball with a face on it. You bounce off it in the opposite direction when you hit it. Found by Ludwig 222.

Bouncy Cloud: A springy cloud found in 4-3.   Found by Ludwig 222.

Character Coin: One in each level, and has either Baby Mario's, Peach's, or DK's face on it. Collect them all for a surprise! Found by Ludwig 222.

Egg: An egg is what Yoshi uses to throw at enemies, and is gained when Yoshis swallow an  enemy and the player presses down. Found by Yoshi#1!!!.

Gear Platform: If you turn this, something may happen. Found by Crazy Koopa.

M Blocks: Only Baby Mario can whack this. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Mine Cart: Yoshi can use this to travel, although most of the time he doesn't need to. It can run over any enemy. Found in 4-2. Found by Ludwig 222.

Planet: DON'T CRASH INTO THESE! They kill you in rockets. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Raft: Most are stationary, but there is one you can use to ride down a river in level 3-1. Found by Ludwig 222.

Rocket: Use this to get to Moltz's Door and the next room in At Last, Bowser's Castle!. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Spinning Flower: This produces wind, which allows Yoshi with Baby Peach to flutter to new heights.  Sometimes a switch will need to activate it. Found by Ludwig 222.

Statue Platform: This platform, which moves along rails, comes in two variaties: gray, which stops if you are not standing on it; and tan, which stops if you are standing on it. Found by Ludwig 222.

Steel Block: Baby Wario's Magnet can pull this thing out of the way, or onto a switch. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Steel Platform: Baby Wario's Magnet can attract this thing to come down, or up if you're on top of it. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Stilts: Yoshi can use these to cross lava. Found in the levels Yoshi on Stilts and Castle of Big Guy the Stilted. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Stork Stop: This is where you can swap babies. Found in all the stages. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Swinging Rope: Yoshi, with Baby DK, can grab onto this to swing and jump onto the other side.  There are some ropes you need to swing back and forth to get them going. Found by Ludwig 222.

Target: In the minigame Egg Toss, you shoot these! Sent in by Ludwig 222.

Time Symbol: In the minigame Bouncy Maze, gives you an extra second to complete the stage. Sent in by Ludwig 222.

Torch: If Yoshi eats this, he'll breathe fire. Found by Crazy Koopa.

Vine: When Yoshi has Baby DK on his back, he can climb up vines to get to very high places. Found by chris.
