Block Block: A... block. A crystal clear block, to be exact. Allows Mario and Co. to become temporarily invincible! Found by Paperlemmy.

Card Key: This is needed to open the door to King Croacus's room. Found by Queen Sunny.

Catch Cards: Collectable cards of various enemies and characters from Super Paper Mario, and even the partners from Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door! Try to collect all 256! Found by Paperlemmy.

Caught Card: A Catch Card with someone already on it. They can be bought and sold for various prices at the Flopside Card Shop. Found by Super Mario.

Chaos Heart: The anti Pure Heart made by Bowser and Peach getting married. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Coin: Used to buy stuff, or you can put a chain on it so you can wear it around you neck. Bling bling. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Cooking Disks: Can be used in the bakery to unlock various recipes on the DS-looking thing. This game's boring! Pop in Mario Kart DS! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Couple's Cake: Gives you 5,000 points. You may really need this in the Flipside and Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. Found by Queen Sunny.

Courage Shell: Temporarily reduces damage you take by half. You don’t actually wear it, so how does it work? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Crystal Ball: You must deliver this item to Merlee in the Piccolo sidequest. Found by Novette & Gwenbi.

Dangerous Delight: What kind of lunatic would eat this?! This'll make you sick if you eat it. Found by Queen Sunny.

Dark Prognosticus: The evil prophecy in the hands of Count Bleck that says how to destroy all worlds. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Dead Heart: This results from a Pure Heart getting hit by The Void. Found by Queen Sunny.

Dried Shroom: Restores 1 HP and cures poison. It looks like it causes poison instead of healing it. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Dyllis Breakfast: Made with a Shroom Shake and a Spicy Soup, this item can restore you 15 HP and cure your poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Deluxe: Ooh! This sounds good. A Shroom Steak and a Gorgeous Steak makes a Dyllis Stea- er, Deluxe. Revives 90 HP and cures poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Dinner: Another Dyllis classic. A Fried Shroom Plate, a Meat Pasta Dish... makes this. Revives 30 HP and cures poison. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Dynamite: The only Dyllis meal I wouldn't take interest in eating. It will, however, set off an explosion to hurt enemies. Made from an Egg Bomb and a Dyllis Breakfast. Found by Super Mario.

Dyllis Lunch: Made from a Fried Shroom Plate and a Spaghetti Plate. It cures 20 HP and deletes any poison.  Found by Super Mario.

Egg Bomb: This makes the effect of getting egged much funnier. Causes damage upon impact. Found by Queen Sunny.

Electro Pop: This turns you into a living bug zapper. Found by Queen Sunny.

Emergency Ration: A special nutrition pack that's more important than it sounds. It normally cures 10 HP and cures poison, but if you're in the Pit of 100 Trials, it's 50! Made with a Fire Burst and a Shroom Shake. Found by Super Mario.

Elemental Tablets: Fire, water, earth. Use these to get Cudge. Where's the tablets for Wind and Heart? Found by Shady Parakoopa.

False Chest: This is only found in 6-2. Open it, and it blows up in your face. Found by Queen Sunny.

Fire Burst: Attacks your enemy with flames. Burn baby burn, It’s an inferno! Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Flipside Token: The currency of the arcade in Flipside. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Floating Choco-Bar: In the Brobot battle, these can have various effects such as increasing speed or missile launchers. The regular ones restore HP. Found by Queen Sunny.

Life Shroom: If your HP hits 0 in battle, it will automatically revive you and restore 5 HP, but you will now be considered a zombie. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Light Prognosticus: The prophecy of heroes that counteracts the Dark Prognisticus. Found by Marios Apprentice.

Long-Last Shake: A shake that slowly restores HP over time. The time depends on how well you tilt the Wiimote. Found by Shady Parakoopa.

Love Noodle Dish: The penultimate date dinner. It doubles ATK, cuts damage by 1/2, and allows you to stun enemies. Found by Queen Sunny.

Luxurious Set: It heals 30 HP and cures poison, but this comes at a price. It will also slow you down. Found by Queen Sunny.

Mango Pudding: This actually is pretty good... It heals 20 HP and- you guessed it- cures poison. Found by Queen Sunny.

Mega Star: A star that allows any character that touches it (be it hero or enemy) to transform into a gigantic, 8-bit version of itself! Found by Paperlemmy.

Sap Syrup: This'll work with my pancakes. Heals HP over a short period of time and cuts damage in half. Found by Queen Sunny.

Shell Shock: An 8-bit shell that Mario and co. can use to kick at their enemies. Found by Paperlemmy.
