Well, this is a bit hard to judge as it is meant to be a bit basic. But still, the sparkly stars and other cool effects are a good touch. But they could’ve done Kamek and Yoshi a bit better.
Music/Sounds: 3.5/5
The music is amazing... but some isn't. The sound effects aren't terribly nice to hear, really. You don't want to hear Kamek's laugh or Baby Mario cry if you have sensitive ears. Ouch. So it's ok, but not great!
Characters: 4.5/5
Nice and easy. Lots of classic and unuiqe Yoshi enemies here. Yoshi, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Kamek, Cheep Cheeps, Piranha Plants, and Shy Guys are probably the classics. But there are a couple new ones, like those coconut-chucking monkeys and those Lakitus hiding in bushes. :-D
Story: 2
Hey. It is a bit basic. Kamek steals babies. One gets lost. Get the babies back to the stork. BUT WHO CARES?! It's a goooood game...

Just using the stylus and blowing is good! Yeah, it gets a bit boring. But really, it's fun to control the world you’re playing in just by touching stuff! And blowing away clouds is good for power-crazy people. So if you want basic but fun stuff, play this!
Gameplay: 3.5
It's fun, but repetitive. That's all I can really say. You can use eggs, jump High, and trap enemies in bubbles, blow away clouds, and um... kill Shy Guys. But you get used to it! Anyway, there's a lot of variety of games to play on your DS. So don't play this one too much, or you'll probably be bored after a while.
Modes: 3
Marathon Mode is good, because there isn't a time limit and it goes on for a long time. Score is OK, but very short. Time Attack, well... ain't enough time? Marathon, let's just say is a bit TOO hard. So they’re ok. But not great.
Levels: 4
WOOHOO! Lots of mountains, traps, enemies, different areas, and more have been fit into one game! YAY! They made this good! The reason I'm not giving this a perfecto 5 is because they could’ve added a few more traps and maybe a few more different enemies. NO MORE SHY GUYS!
Difficulty: 3
Well, Challenge Mode is probably the downside, and maybe Time Attack too. So basically, they make it too short (Score) or too hard. So it is a balance of good and bad.
Replay: 4.5
WELL YOU HAVE TO REPLAY TO GET BETTER SCORES! It is quite addicting too, all the things you can do. Climb up the tallest hill, destroy the toughest of enemies, um... kill more Shy Guys.
Fun Factor: 3.5
It's fun! Yoshi has lots of abilities that can be used for fun, also pausing and seeing Yoshi's pose is sometimes a bit of laugh... So, yeah, it's pretty fun! But, really you will get bored after a while of it, as I've said before. And of um... killing Shy Guys.
Overall: 4!!!
YAY! Buy this if you’re a fan of a game you can play again and again, and if you’re good at strategy and action. Lots to do! And um... killing Shy Guys. But don't let the repetitiveness put you off from this game, it's a great game. REALLY! And Vs. Mode is fun...ish. But you'll get even more bored at that after a long time. But, really, BUY IT! Or else... *takes out shotgun and takes a Mario plushie* KABOOM! *a pile of flaming stuffing is left* *looks at Mario plushie on the other seat* Oops.
