This card is so simple that it is easy to overlook. There's nothing wrong with simplicity, though, and this card can be used very well.
This Spell allows you to draw two cards. Some players feel it is best to just replace this card with one that is more useful in itself. But how often do you find yourself lacking a card you need? Supply Line will help you get to that evolution card or that last Energy faster. One solution is to take out Supply Line and put in more of the cards you need. But Supply Line helps you get every card; it works universally. If you put in extra evolution cards, you might still be lacking Energy when you need it.
The other use for this card is more hidden, but also more powerful. According to the rules, the game ends when a player is unable to draw a card at the start of their turn. Then the points for lands held are tallied, and the winner is declared. If you have lots of Supply Lines in your deck, you can use them to end the game whenever you want, such as when you are winning. For example, say you have 5 Supply Lines in your deck. This allows you to draw 10 cards at will. When there are 10 cards or less in your deck (keep track!), you can end the game when you want to. Time your use, and prepare by moving into valuable lands. Then end the game before your opponent can respond.
Supply Line has one drawback. The game ends if you can't pick a card at the start of your turn. So if you have 10 cards in your deck and you use 5 or more Supply Lines, your opponent will have one last turn before the game ends. If you're not careful, they could make a comeback and steal the win when your turn ends the game. But this card is common, so it is easy to get and put in your deck, and the proper usage will put you on top.
In summary, use Supply Line to get good cards faster and to end the game whenever you want. Have fun and put a wide variety of other cards in your deck. Supply Line works well in almost any deck.
