Bowser is a very hard card to use because he needs a deck built perfectly. He's not worth five paragraphs, but I'll give you some tips. At least his presence will probably impress the opponent.
You absolutely need plenty of Supply Line in your deck, because you need Bowser out and ready to do Supreme Master very quickly. Supreme Master is only a good attack if there are many Minions in the land Bowser is attacking, so you want to try to keep the opponent in one land and move Bowser over fast.
Start the game near your opponent if you can, and have a lot of Basic Minions, like Mecha Koopa or Lil' Boo, or just Super Koopa, to surround the opponent in one or two lands and hold the ground. You will need to tinker with your deck and find the right ratio of Bowser, Evil Koopa, Super Koopa, Mecha Koopa (or Lil' Boo if you like), Supply Line, and Evil Energy. You don't need any other cards because they won't contribute to the swift victory you need, but you will need to experiment with the balance of your deck.
One final thought: don't use Magic Monopoly. It sounds cool but it is only useful for stalling and you don't need Bowser for that; since it doesn't even cause damage it is not likely to contribute to victory. Attack with another Minion if you have a choice. And if you do have a Minion that can polish off a single dangerous foe faster than Bowser, by all means make use of it.
