Waluigi World: Waluigi's Island

By WSM
Story
One day, Waluigi decided to take a walk on the new island he received in "Waluigi's Island". Oddly enough, the island appeared to be deserted. There are usually many Piranha Plants and Shy Guys out at that time of the day. While walking, he accidentally stumbled into a pipe that he had never come across before.

Waluigi suddenly found himself on a new island. Many of the Piranha Plants he knew were digging and building. "Hey, what's-a going on here?" Waluigi asked.

One of the Piranha Plants turned towards Waluigi and said, "Waluigi! You have finally come. We were captured and forced into slavery."

"Uh... What?" Waluigi replied.

"I don't know how we were kidnapped, we just were... But anyways, the person who's behind all of this is a big Piranha Plant called Piranhapus. He wants to have power, and wants to control your new island, too. So he kidnapped us to lure you here."

"Oh, well he did a pretty bad-a job at that. I'm leaving..." Waluigi turned and began to walk back towards the pipe.

"Wait!" cried the Piranha Plant. "He also kidnapped your brother, Wario."

Waluigi turned back, and sighed. "Well, I guess I'm-a gonna have to save him, then. He owes me a thousand gold coins for this!"

"Take this, sir!" the Piranha Plant said, and gave him a map. Waluigi looked at the map; the new island he was on was coincidentally shaped like an inverted L. The (plumber?) set off into the unknown. His new quest began.

Playing the Main Adventure
Same idea. You start the level, move right, and complete the level when you find the goal post. There are 15 levels... what, that isn't long enough? Very well, there are now Check/Save points at the end of each quarter of a level, with a few exceptions. The Save Points have been added since the levels are rather long. The number of Save Points will give you an idea of how long the level is.

Levels
1-1: Grass
A typical, simple grass level. Nothing special.
Number of Save Points: 2

1-2: Water You are underwater now. At the end of the level, a pipe will take you to the surface. On the surface, you will find the goalpost.
Number of Save Points: 3

1-3: Forest
The first level that has vines. Considering that it is on the top of a tall tree, the goalpost isn't too easy to find.
Number of Save Points: 3

2-1: Beach
This level is filled with crabs and sand castles. Also watch out for all of those annoying, flying enemies that roam the beach. You'll find the goalpost in the Largest Sand Castle.
Number of Save Points: 3

2-2: Desert(1)
The goalpost is found at the pyramid.
Number of Save Points: 3

2-3: Chomp Pyramid
This is the first area with bottomless pits.
Number of Save Points: 1
First Boss: Stone Chomp(1)
Your first boss! Pick up the pink block and throw it at him. This should take away 1/3 of his health.

3-1: Brick House
You will make use of your Ground Pound abillity to destroy cracked bricks. Make your way to the top of the house to find the goalpost.
Save Points: 3

3-2: Chomp Temple
It's like the Chomp Pyramid, but more dangerous.
Number of Save Points: 1
Second Boss: Stone Chomp (2)
You will defeat him the same way. He has 4 units of health this time.

3-3: Desert (2)
The goalpost is found at the oasis.
Number of Save Points: 3

4-1: Underground
Go through the maze of pipes until you find the red pipe. The red pipe leads to the goalpost.
Number of Save Points: 3

4-2: Mountain
Boulders roll down this mountain often, so climb it with caution.
Number of Save Points: 1
Third Boss: Clubber
Watch out for his club and kick the green block at his tail. This will take away 1/5 of his health.

4-3: Piranha Plant Hive
An underground hive of Piranha Plants. This is home to many beasts.
Number of Save Points: 1
Fourth Boss(es): Mini-Piranhapuses
Piranhapus's children. There are three of them. Each of them has 3 health. To hurt one, throw a red block at it. You only have enough red blocks to take out 2 of them. The final one will charge at you when its siblings have been killed. Dodge its attacks, and let it crash into the wall, since this will take away units of its health. Watch out for their bite attack. It's poisonous - every 5 seconds you will lose your Hearts untill you have only one Heart left.

5-1: Volcano
Make your way towards the volcano, avoiding the large pools of lava. The goalpost awaits at the fiery mountain.
Number of Save Points: 3

5-2: Cave
Filled with many pools of lava and falling rocks. The longest and most challenging level yet. Good luck.
Number of Save Points: 4

5-3: Piranhapus's Lair While walking in a cave, a large Piranha Plant monster bursts from the wall on the right.
Fifth/Final Boss: Piranhapus
Phase I: Jump over the rolling fireballs he spits. After a while, he spits out a Glowing Fire Flower, which will not be lost no matter how many times you get hit. He has 10 units of health in this phase, so start throwing fireballs.
Phase II: He now belches large flames and will occasionally shake, causing rocks to fall from the ceiling. When you can make it back to his face, throw fireballs at him again. Again, he has 10 units of health.
Phase III: This time, you must avoid falling rocks, large flames, AND rolling fireballs. Once again, the beast has 10 units of health. After defeating him, Piranhapus retreats back into the little opening he made on the right.
Phase IV: It seems that you are done, when the floor suddenly crumbles and you land on a small platform floating above a pool of lava. Piranhapus moves towards you from the right, and now has two buds. When the two buds move towards your platform, toss fireballs at them. Watch out for their own fireballs. 5 fireballs is enough to finish the first, and it will take seven fireballs to destroy the second. The weak Piranhapus will attempt to kill you one last time, and now has 16 units of health and super-powerful flames. After defeating him, his head breaks away from his stem. The head makes one final attempt to destroy you, by eating you. However, he apparently vomits you back afterwards. You will be sent up onto some vines hanging above. Wario is tied up. Waluigi unties his brother, but the volcano begins to erupt.

You must leap up several rocky platforms and vines to escape the erupting volcano. Wario will follow you, but you must be quick. You will lose a life if Wario dies. When you reach a golden vine, you will be able to climb to safety.

Afterwards, we watch Waluigi and Wario run from the lava in a cutscene. In the distance, Piranha Plants are celebrating their freedom.
