One thing he can do that others can't: He can actually sit through one of Morton's speeches.

History: 14-15 years ago, there was a large cluster of Lakitu staying in the moutains of Yoshi's Island. But the whole area was attacked and raided, until all that was left were two eggs.

"Walking" along the path, on his way back to his fortress, Sluggy the Unshaven found the two eggs. He looked around and didn't see anybody around. After waiting, he took the eggs home with him. Not long after, the eggs hatched and out came two healthy Lakitu, who Sluggy named Lacutu and Todd.

2-3 years later, just learning to ride his cloud, the rambunctious Todd started flying east, and he flew, and flew, and flew, until he got all the way to Chocolate Island. While exploring this new land, Todd found eight jewels. He liked them so he picked them up and set them in his cloud, but accidentally put them on the "button" that makes the cloud go up. And Todd went up, and up, and up, but when he realized what was wrong and moved the jewels, the high speed caused him and the jewels to fly out of the cloud and all the way to the ground.

To his surprise, Todd actually awoke and found that he did not die, but became a Boo. Not just any Boo, but a Big orange Boo, with blue eyes, and a scar on his "tail" from when he fell. Plus he was still wearing his glasses. After talking about it to himself for a while, and finding out that he had the power of the elements, fire, ice, electricity, plants, earth, wind, water, and darkness, he came to the conclusion that the jewels were magical and had not only saved him from "dieing" but gave him great power. He went back to Sluggy's fortress and told Sluggy and Lacutu what happend.

A year later, after learning and controlling his power, he went to Bowser Koopa and stood up to him after Bowser mocked made fun of him. Todd showed Bowser up by putting the electricity out in the whole castle with one little zap. Hearing of this, some of Bowser's Boo army left Bowser and went with Todd, including another colored Boo named Big Blue Boo, who was secretly studying magic in his house in the Donut Plains. Todd went to King Boo's mansion and did the same thing by making a table burst into flames and then threatening to do it to his mansion.

Over the years he had come to know a witch named Gruntillda and, on a search to recover his stolen jewels, he met Yoshosho, the king of Sky Land, DK, Link, Zelda, Mr. Game and Watch, and Wart, and he now knows it's good to have friends everywere.

Current status: Todd is now staying in a large haunted mansion in the Yoshi's Island mountains with all his Boo friends, just a hop, jump, and a skip from Sluggy's Fortress.
