The 9th Koopa Kid. He wasn't born into the Koopa Family because he's a human, but instead was adopted into the family after defeating the other eight Koopalings and Bowser. After his adoption into the family, Bowser dubbed him King of the Koopas because no human has EVER beaten all eight Koopalings and Bowser without any power-ups at all. He then was given a magic wand created from all the ones owned by the Koopalings (including Bowser Jr's paintbrush).
CJ helps Ludwig with his inventions and makes candy for Wendy. His golden wand allows him to transform into a Koopa. He and Lemmy are best friends. He's the only Koopaling that actually wanted Lemmy to teach him how to ride on a ball. He's also older and smarter than Ludwig.
