An Iggy look-alike, but when he was in Sky Land to confront Roy and destroy him forever, he fell in a trap made by Roy. He fell to the ground and injured his eye. Ludwig repaired it, and Iggy Clone was stronger than ever. Once he accidentally set off a mine and blew Petey Piranha and King Boo to Earth. He met Petey Piranha Fan and began doing Interviews with him, and they became great friends. He is still torturing Roy.
