Abilities: Body Slam, Blowing wind, incredibly damaging lightning strikes, electrically charging himself (he does it when he's going to hit you with lightning)
Other Abilities: When attacked releases a Tuff Puff for every bit of damage, then sucks them back up and recovers 2 HP for every Tuff Puff
Apearance: Large Tuff Puff with red eyes and arms with ball hands.

When he was born in Flower Fields, Huff N. Puff was an average Tuff Puff. He believed that the Fields should be covered completely by clouds, so at age 14 he began training his Tuff Puff abilities until he was more powerful than the rest of his species and the Lakitus that inhabited Flower Fields. He then began to build an army of Lakitus and Tuff Puffs. Soon, after his army was large enough, he started plotting a takeover of the Fields. After he finished drawing up his plan he heard that Bowser had stolen the Star Rod.

When Bowser found out about Huff N. Puff's plot he enlisted his help to guard Klevar, a Star Spirit. To aid him in his duty, Bowser transformed Huff N. Puff into a Tuff Puff beast, giving him all-new abilities, enlarging his army, and allowing him to unleash his former plot. Bowser also gave him a few Magikoopas. When his plot was put into action he easily overtook Flower Fields. His plot was to build the Puff Puff Machine to cover the Fields in clouds.

Once clouds covered the sky he thought he'd won. When Mario came, however, he destroyed the machine and saved Flower Fields from Huff N. Puff. Today, no one knows what happened to him. Everyone thinks he's still out there plotting again. But who knows?
