Chuancey was very young when he died, along with his family, in a fire. When he became a ghost, his family moved into a mansion and they lived in rooms similar to the ones in their old house. Chuancey spends most of his time sleeping in his room, and only his mother has the key to his room.

Chauncey's room contains many toys similar to a normal baby's toys. Chauncey has three teddy bears on a shelf, a ball laying on the ground most of the time, a rocking horse he hates, and a rattle that he sleeps with. He sucks on a pacifier most of the time.

It is not wise to wake up Chauncey; Chauncey will want to play with you, but he plays rough. He will hurl the teddy bears from his shelves at you and  chase you around the place. If you hurt him while playing, though, he will get even more aggressive. He'll shrink you!

When you're shrunk, he'll put you in his crib. Then, he'll start to cry really loudly and flop around. Watch out, it's painful! Then he'll start throwing rocking horses at you! After he's done with that, he'll continue to throw  stuff at you! He'll toss balls into the crib and they'll bounce around. The only way to stop him is by sucking him up with some kind of powerful vacuum.

Chauncey is actually only aggressive because of neglect. His father is always reading, his mother is obsessed with gazing into her mirror, and his brothers just practice ballet all the time. Chauncey just needs a friend, but he will never get one thanks to Luigi and Professor E. Gadd.

Nowadays, Chauncey spends his time sitting in a painting in E. Gadd's gallery, next to the pictures of his neglectful family, hoping one day he may once again roam the world of the living.
