Waluigi Koopa was created by Kamek, who used to work in a large factory. The Scientific Organization of Strange Elements (SOSE) was the factory, which was famous for… making hybrids.

On one fateful day, Kamek created seven hybrids. I will use a handy chart to show them.

All are prototypes of the things. (Such as, Waluigi is a prototype Waluigi.)

Waluigi + Bowser = Waluigi Koopa
Koopa + Desert Land = Capricorn Koopa
Steel Goomba + Mt. Lavalava = Ste Goomba
Waluigi + Golden Mushroom = Scaredycat Shroom
Smithy + Bob-omb = Doomsday Robo
All of the Lands = Land Handler
DNA of all the creatures on Plit = DNA Analyzer

WK, Ste, and Capricorn were then given a mission: to protect the four item hybrids with their lives. But shortly after leaving, all three were mugged, and when they woke up, the Land Handler and the Doomsday Robo were missing. They're not sure who did it, but WK could've sworn, right before the blow, he heard a distant "Muh Huh Huh…"

Quote: "You seriously think I'll be harmed that easily?! I'm the toughest person I know!"
