Yoshi's Family Tree

Star Yoshi: Being the son of the green Yoshi Mario loves to ride, he feels as though everyone has cursed him. He's teased often about maybe Mario will decide he likes him better. However, being the son of Yoshi also gives him privileges. His inheritance from his great grandfather makes him a Yoshi ‘Seer'. He speaks perfect English and learns extremely quickly.

Albino Yoshi: Named for his strange pigment, he was Yoshi's Grandfather and a Yoshi Seer. He had a daughter named Yoshra who was Yoshi's mother.

Yoshra: No one knows exactly why she was named what she was named. Most people think the -ra was
because she was red. She was kind and never hurt anyone.

Koshi: He was Yoshra's husband and father to Yoshi. He was as generous as Yoshra was kind.

Shiyo: She was a rather strange black Yoshi that had her own way of doing things. She'd nearly
perfected her English to a fine art and was mother to Yoshra, wife to Albino Yoshi.

Yoshi: He's a green Yoshi and father to Star Yoshi. He's never really tried to work on his English and inherited kindness from his Mother.

Goshi: Yoshi's wife and mother of Star Yoshi, she's very cautious, especially when it comes to her son.
