Kammy Koopa is the Head Magikoopa in the Koopa Klan other than Kamek. She specializes in summoning different kinds of blocks, and block using. She never disobeys Bowser. Unlike the other Magikoopas, her robe is purple.

Kammy Koopa wanted to be a Magikoopa because she's never liked physical strength, and she thought that she coulld make blocks with magic, which she now does. She believes that she is the most beautiful Koopa, though people don't believe her, because she's old.

Kammy Koopa had a little crush on Kamek. In her spare time, she spends time putting makeup on.  She spends other time hanging out with Bowser or aiding him.

In Kammy Koopa's past, she was a pretty Koopa, and people respected her. She always went to stores that sold blocks. As she grew older, she was to join the Koopa Klan. At first she thought that was boring, but she found out about Magikoopas and their magic. Kammy became interested in becoming a Magikoopa. When Kammy reached an old age, she was not pretty anymore, and people disrespected her.

Between Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Kammy became stronger, but she was a little stupider. The reason for that is because she wasn't focusing on the knowledge of a Magikoopa, and landed on the ground with her head impact first, whereafter she suffered a little amnesia. Kammy had treatments with Dr. Mario for the amnesia. She was cured but the side effect of the treatment made her a little stupider.

Kammy Koopa is a wise Magikoopa who loves blocks, and one of Bowser's supporters.
