??? Koopa is the never seen Koopa that owns Digital Land. Digital Land is a small island near Donut Plains. ??? Koopa loves computers and thinks he is smarter than Ludwig. He likes video games and soda. He also likes hunting for stuff on the net, like Fox Kid's Paper Mario contest. He is sort of a mix of Lemmy and Ludwig, and is also a little like Larry. Everyone calls him Kool Koopa Kid.
