Inhabitants of Toad Town
Minh T.: A young gardener with a dream to fill the world with flowers. Her current mission, to get the four Miracle Seeds to see what miracle they create. The miracle will help you in your quest.
Russ T.: Probably the smartest Toad in all of Toad Town. He tells you minor hints about things you can do, like he tells you about- oops, I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't played Paper Mario.
Merlon: A magician who can predict your future. He also has something special in his house and will help you in your quest when you reach a certain barrier.
Rowf: A dog-person in Toad Town who owns a shop for badges. I hope you have a bunch of coins on hand, because he isn't too light on the prices.
Rhuff: This is Rowf's son. He doesn't do much, other than he brings the badges out. He's more of a distraction than a help.
Miss T.: One of the "Three Beautiful Sisters". She's always ordering things from the store in Dry, Dry Outpost.
Dane T.: A young Toad who doesn't do much, that is, if you ask me.
Mini T.: This is Dane T.'s best friend. He is also much like Dane T.
Chan: A Buster Beetle that trains in the Dojo. Beat him for the 1st Degree Card.
Lee: A blue Duplighost in the Dojo. Defeating him gives you the 2nd Degree Card.
The Master: Once you start fighting the master of the Dojo, it's not going to be easy! You can fight him three times and he gets stronger each time. The only problem with him is that he sounds like he has a cold.
Felicia T.: The youngest of the "Three Beautiful Sisters" and according to Goombario, the cutest. She often refers to herself with I, followed by her own name.
Master Poet: A poet that works making lyrics at Club 69. He's always found next to Chanterella.
Chanterella: A singer (and a good one) at Club 69. She apparently lost her ability to sing when the castle was taken away, and she needs your help to help her sing again.
