Mario and Luigi jump into the painting to Jolly Roger Bay again.
Mario: Well, just one Star left.
Luigi: Not the 100 coins, I hope?
Mario: Yup.
Luigi: ...
Mario: And you're going under this time!
Luigi: Oh yeah?!
Mario: Yeah! Now let’s start!
They start by getting the three coins in the yellow block, then they collect all the red coins: the four in the clams, the one on the pillar, and the three on the ship. When collecting the clam red coin near the beginning they also grab the eight yellow coins. When heading to the ship they collect the five yellow coins near the floating platform near the Bob-omb buddy, and the 15 yellow coins on the way to the ship. Making their way back they collect the eight yellow coins where the three pillars are. Now they are back at the beginning.

Luigi: Only 55 coins after all that?! My legs are killing me!
Mario: There must be somewhere we missed.
Luigi: (Oh no...)
Mario: What?
Luigi: The cave...
Mario: You mean with the-
Luigi: Yes. Those blasted pillars!
Mario: Well, it wasn't too bad.
Luigi: Easy for you to say! My head still hurts from all that!
Mario: Well, let's go.
Luigi: *sigh*
They head for the cave entrance and grab the eight coins on the way in, and make their way out of the water.

Mario: Well that wasn't so bad.
Luigi: We're not done yet!
Mario: You just don't want to get squished by any pillars, huh?
Luigi: Shhhh!
Mario: I remember seeing a blue coin switch here.
Luigi: I don't.
Mario: That's because you were getting sq-
Luigi: SHHH!
Mario: Okay okay. Let's just find that blue coin switch.
They look for the switch. While doing so they clobber the three Goombas and collect the three coins, as well as the eight coins near the chests.

Mario: Where is it?!
Luigi: (avoiding pillars) Yikes! Woah! Ahh! Help!!!
Mario: Let's check back near the entrance.
Luigi: Ok. Woah!
Mario: There it is!
Luigi: Press it quick! So we can get out of here!!!
Mario presses the switch and collects the six blue coins. The Star appears. Mario grabs it and does the Star Dance.
Mario: Here we go!
Luigi: I can't believe I avoided them all.
Mario: Um... Luigi.
Luigi: Yahoo!
Mario: Luigi!
Luigi: What a great day!
Mario: LUIGI!!!
Luigi: WHAT?!
Mario: Look out!!!
Luigi turns around and, well-
Luigi: Ouch...
Mario: *sigh* On to the next Star.
