Luigi gets the shell and they both go in the volcano.
Mario: There's the elevator!

Mario and Luigi ride the elevator to the second elevator.
Luigi: Go without me!
Mario: NO!
Mario tosses Luigi to the top and Luigi faints.
Mario: I hopes he's ok.
Mario gets to the pole and climbs up to the second pole after getting burned once.
Mario: Luigi! Are you ok?
Luigi: Never better! Hey, the Star!
Mario: Oh yeah?
Mario tosses Luigi up the hole; he lands outside the volcano and dies in the lava.
Luigi: OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!! #$@#$$%#$%#$!
Bowser: Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!
Luigi: MARIO, I WILL THROW YOU IN THE LAVA WHEN WE GO TO THE NEXT STAR!!!
Mario gets the Star and does that dance.
Mario: Here we go! On to the 100-coin
