Mario and Luigi jump back into the Bob-omb painting and return to Bob-omb Battlefield.
Luigi: Mario, what should we do now?
Mario: Hey, you! Bob-omb Buddy! What should we do now?
Bob-omb Buddy: What do I look like, the players guide?
Luigi: Yes.
Bob-omb Buddy: Fine! You can fly through five coin rings from the island in the sky if you jump into the cannon!
Mario: Why should we fly through these rings?
Bob-omb Buddy: If you fly through those rings, a Star will appear!
Luigi: Prove it!
Bob-omb Buddy: I can't leave this spot!
Mario: We might as well try it, we've got nothing better to do.
Mario and Luigi run up the wooden ramp and across the field. They run up the stone mound and jump inside the cannon.
Luigi: I hate this part.
The cannon blasts them up towards the island.
Luigi: Mario! We're gonna fall!
Mario: (sarcastically) Oh really!
Luigi lands face-first on the island, and Mario lands on top of him.
Luigi: Get off!
Mario gets off of Luigi and helps him pull his face out of the ground. They notice that his face made an impression in the ground.
Mario: Well, there's the rings in midair.
Luigi: But Mario! We can't jump that far!
Mario: A Mario Brother never says can't, Luigi!
Luigi: We argue like this every time we need the ability to fly!
Mario bashes the Red ! Block and a Wing Cap pops out. He picks it up and puts it on. The block reappears and Luigi hits it and gets a Wing Cap too, which he puts on.
They jump in the cannon and blast off towards the rings.
Mario and Luigi: WHOAH!!!
(Every time they pass through a ring a chime is heard. As they fly through the fifth ring, the see a Star appear down below.)
Mario: Alright, let's land!
Luigi: I'm coming! It's hard to fly after being shot out a cannon. I can barely control myself!
They dive towards the Star.
Mario: Almost got it!
Luigi loses control.
Luigi: Help, I'm gonna crash!
Mario grabs the Star and does the Star Dance.
Mario: Here we go!
Luigi lands fac- first into the ground near Mario. He pulls his head out and notices another impression in the ground.
Luigi: Onto-the-next...
Luigi falls over.
