Mario and Luigi are playing chess in the castle.
Mario: CHECKMATE!!! I WIN!!! I'M THE CHESS CHAMP AND YOU'RE THE CHESS CHOMP!
Luigi: Don't you mean "chump"?
Mario: Oh yeah. Now that I won, you have to find your king in Wet-Dry World!
Luigi: ???
Mario throws Luigi's king piece into the painting.
Luigi: You find the star, I'll find my king!
Mario: Ok.
Mario and Luigi jump into the painting at the bottom.
Luigi: All the water's gone! Sort of...
Mario: Let's look for "!" blocks!
Luigi: You do it!
Mario: Fine!
Luigi searches for his king while Mario pushes a block near a ! Block. A 1 appears.
Mario:This gives me an idea!
Mario gets on top of the block and hits the ! Block, and a 2 appears.
Then he pushes a block into the chubby hole for a 3.
Heave-ho: Need a lift?
Mario: Ok.
Heave-ho catapults Mario to the second level, then another takes him to the brown top. There he gets on top of a platform being circled by an Amp and hits the ! Block, getting a 4.
Luigi: I can't find my king anywhere!
Luigi hits the last ! Block and a 5 appears, and so does his king piece!
Mario: Thanks, Luigi!
Mario long jumps for the Star and makes it.
Mario: Here we go!
Luigi: This is the last time we play games in the castle and then play "Find an Item in Wet-Dry World"!
Mario: Ok! (Too bad it's not over!)
