Mario falls into the abyss while Luigi gets the previous Star.

Mario beats up Luigi and then goes home to Brooklyn to get dynamite.
Luigi: Maybe I shoudn't have done this!
I have to build a time machine and tell myself in the past never to do
this to him!
Luigi builds a time machine and finishes when Mario returns with the dynamite.
Mario: AND NOW, LUIGI, THIS IS YOUR PUNISHMENT FOR THROWING AWAY MY PASTA!
Luigi writes a note to himself in the past... Dear Luigi, Don't make Mario frustrated or else he will kill you! Love, Luigi. Luigi throws that letter into the time portal and then...
Mario: Thank you so much for letting me get the Star and not throwing away my pasta!
Luigi: You're welcome!
Mario: As you were so good, you can get the next Star!
Luigi: Ok!
Luigi jumps into the clock at 12:00.
Luigi: This shoudn't be too hard!
Luigi climbs the brown platforms, ignoring the red coins.
Luigi: Won't be long now!
Luigi continues all the way to the Heave-Ho.
Heave-Ho: Need a lift (of death!)?
Luigi: No!
Heave-Ho: You will say yes one day!
Luigi: I'm saying no every day for the rest of my life!
Luigi continues and gets to two pendulums. Just then, Mario enters the clock at 6:00. Suddenly the pendulums move!
Luigi: What the?! Those pendulums gave me a heart attack!
Luigi goes to the Star and grabs it.
Luigi: Here we go!
Mario comes to Luigi while eating his "not thrown into the abyss" pasta.
Mario: Good job, Luigi! You can have my pasta for working so hard!
Mario gives Luigi his pasta.
Luigi: Thanks, but you entered the clock at 6:00, not 12:00.
Mario: Oops! Sorry! Didn't know! (And yet I'm angry with him for all that stuff he's done in the past!)
Luigi: On to the next Star!
