Roller Coaster Balloons
Mario and Luigi enter the cannon that blasts them to Pinna Park.
Luigi: Look at all those balloons. They look cool!
Mario: Uh, Luigi.
Luigi: What?
Mario: Those are Bowser Jr. balloons.
Luigi: Ruin my fun, will you?
Mario: Well, we can get a better view of them at the end of the path.
The Bros. walk up the path through the park and cross the bridge to where several Nokis are standing. The brown one walks up to them.
Luigi: Hey, I remember you!
Noki: Remember that roller coaster ride I said I'd set up, well I've set it up!
Mario: What do we have to do?
Noki: There's twenty balloons. Pop them all before the pod goes around the track three times to win a Shine.
Luigi: That's good!
Noki: You have to ride on the roller coaster again.
Luigi: That's bad!
Noki: But you get to win a Shine.
Luigi: That's good!
Noki: You only get three go-arounds.
Luigi: That's bad!
Noki: But you get to pop Bowser Jr. balloons!
Luigi: That's good!
Noki: If you fail, you must pay the ultimate price!
Luigi: ...
Noki: That's bad.
Soon after, Mario and Luigi are riding the pod again. The FLUDDS pick up their first rockets.
Mario: Luigi, there's our first target!
They both shoot a balloon.
Mario: Save your rockets for the balloons I don't go after!
Luigi: Sorry, Mario.
Luigi shoots another balloon. Right after that, the pod takes its first plunge.
Luigi: YAAAH! HELP!
Mario is enjoying the ride and shooting more balloons.
Mario: Stop being a wimp and help me!
Luigi: That's easy for you to say!
After the first two go-arounds, the Bros. have managed to pop seventeen balloons.
Luigi: Only three more to go!
Noki: And if you miss...
The Noki strikes his finger across his neck. Mario shoots another balloon.
Mario: Wa-hoo! Just two left!
Mario tries to shoot another balloon, but misses.
Mario: Oh-a no!
Luigi shoots the balloon Mario missed.
Mario: Thank-a you.
Luigi: Don't mention it. There's the last balloon up ahead!
They both try to shoot the balloon, but miss.
Mario: Oh no! The platform's up ahead!
Noki: *sinister laughter* You're goners!
Mario: Not if I can help it!
Mario jumps out of the pod and onto the rail.
Noki: That's cheating!
The pod comes to the Noki with Luigi still in it.
Noki: At least I still have you!
A Bob-omb appears in the Noki's hand. He prepares to throw it at Luigi.
Mario runs along the rail to the last balloon and shoots it.
Noki: NO! Now I have to give you a prize!
The Bob-omb turns into a Shine Sprite as it is thrown at a cowering Luigi.
Luigi: Huh?
Luigi does the Shine Dance.
Luigi: Yahoo!
Mario falls off the rail.
Mario: Onto the next Shine!
Mario lands in the fountain.
