Chapter Fourty-Five: Classic Tassle
MARIO
I glared into the eyes of Bowser, the King of the Koopas. He grinned devilishly and smoke trailed from his nostrils.
"GWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! NOW IT'S MY TURN TO SHINE!!! I ALWAYS HAVE TO FIGHT YOU IN EVERY SINGLE ADVENTURE SOMETIME!!! IT'S IN THE RULES OF SUPER MARIO FAN FICTION!!!" Bowser roared.
I raised my eyebrow. "So, what's your evil plan this time, Bowser?" I asked.
"GWAHAHA!!! WHAT'S MY EVIL PLAN?! WHAT'S MY EVIL PLAN, YOU ASK?! Um... wait. What is my evil plan?" Bowser asked quizzically. I had an embarrased look on my face as Bowser scratched his head.
"Oh... &*&^%. I don't even have a &*&^% plan for this story!!!" Bowser said in disgust.
My head drooped to the floor. "So... what were you doing all this time?" I asked.
"Hmnn... well, my eldest son was going through teenage rebellion, and meeting with a hybrid, and I wouldn't allow it, so I sent a deadly hunter to catch them. We finally caught up and I fought my son, only to be stopped by my divorced wife, then we found out that our hunter was a traitor. Go figure. What a horrible plot..." Bowser said, blathering on.
"Sometimes I just don't understand you, Bowser," I sighed. "So let's fight!"
Bowser grinned. "YAH!!! XIOOOOOOLLLLIIIIINNNNN SHOOOOOWWWWDOOOWNNNN!!!" Bowser yelled.
"Xiaolin Showdown? Isn't that some dumb show on WB11?" I asked.
"Uhhh... never mind. Let's just fight," Bowser said, jumping into the air. The Koopa King fell with a large, booming crash onto the ground in front of me. I propelled my fist into the air fast and punched him in the jaw. He fell over backwards in pain, clutching his jaw. I jumped into the air, heroic determination in my eyes. I spun around in a whirlwind of power, and landed on Bowser's crown. He roared and fell over backwards again. He then began to laugh.
"GWAHAHAHA!!! THE GOOD OLD TIMES, EH MARIO?!" he boomed. Bowser shot forward and slashed at my chest. I backflipped back, avoiding the deadly swipe, and prepared a fireball. He ducked into his shell and rolled at me, I dodged to the side and continued charging. When it had become of great size, I hurled it at the Koopa King. Bowser was enveloped, and danced, trying to put the fire out. He ran forward again, fire building in his throat. He belched it out at an incredible speed, burning the ground.
He built more fire, but I punched him in the gut, then got out of the way as the fire billowed out painfully.
"Insensitive joik!!!" Bowser said in anger. I ran around him in dizzying speeds before jumping into the air. I came down with my fist full of flame, headed right towards his face. He jumped out of the way, once, twice, but the third time I nailed him in the face. He slid backwards, growling. He breathed forward great pillars of fire that weaved through the air like looming gods of destruction. I swerved around them to avoid being burnt.
Bowser jumped forward and slashed at me with his claws. I dodged and smashed him with my Star Hammer. He rubbed his sore head, then the next moment he was gone. Behind me! I jumped out of the way as the fiend appeared behind me and almost bit my head off. I backflipped several times in the air before landing with both boots on his head, then coming down and bringing the hammer head onto him. He fell like a sack of bricks, but became angry.
"Very good fighting skills, Mario. But let's see how you handle this!!!" Bowser bellowed. He was building something in his throat, and he billowed out green puffs of smoke. The smoke turned into green fire, and then it circled above. A bolt of lightning came from it, and I was struck all throughout my body. Snakes of electricity burned every fiber of my being. I struggled to get up, and then dodged another lightning bolt. I jumped into the air, and kicked him in the face. He growled at me.
"YOU HAVE TO STOP!!! STOP THIS FIGHTING!!!" a voice called. I turned to see Clawdia. While I was distracted Bowser smashed me across the face with his claw.
"I am trying to do just that. But first, I must defeat him!!!" I cried. I jumped into the air once more and shot several fireballs at Bowser, then weaved the fire into the shape of a sword. I brought it down on Bowser's head and he roared. I slashed at his sides, and everywhere the blade would hit. Then it dissipated, and I jumped through the smoke, punching Bowser roughly in the face. I hit him again with my hammer, as he cried out in pain and anger.
He grabbed me, and threw me to the ground. Then, he stomped on my chest. I gritted my teeth, and shot a fireball at his face which made him clutch the spot in pain, and stagger back. Then I kicked him in the stomach and grabbed his tail.
"I hate you..." the Koopa said in dispair. Then, using great strength, I swung the Koopa around several times, faster in faster, until Bowser was just a blur.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" Bowser screamed as I let go, and Bowser sailed into a pit of green fire.
"DAD!!!" Ludwig cried. In a second, Ludwig was growling, standing right next to me. I motioned for him to calm down.
"Take it easy. He's gonna be fine. If he could live through several lava baths, giant spiked bombs, a cataclysmic explosion, being possessed tons of times, more explosions, and waffles... don't ask me about that one, but, he's gonna be fine," I said reassuringly. Ludwig sighed.
"Yes, I guess you're right...." Ludwig said, wondering about the waffles. Then, a clawed hand reached over the side of the cliff.
I sighed. "See? He's better already." I got into a fighting stance as I watched the Koopa climb over and onto the ground.
"I JUST REMEMBERED!!! I HAVE THIS!!!" Bowser smiled as he pulled out a medium-sized purple Mushroom. My eyes widened with fright.
"Where'd you get that?" I asked.
"Welll... duhhhh!!! I saved it from the remains of the Shroob Princess!" Bowser said cheerfully. Then, without another word, he lifted the Mushroom high into the air and ate it in one bite. Soon, his skin turned purple and much more scaly. His eyes glowed red, and his head became shroomish. Very shroomish. He also grew taller. Then when the transformation was complete, it turned to look at me. Shrowser was back. I shrank back a bit.
"IF YOU NOTICED, I AMPLIFIED THE SHROOM A BIT!!! HEHEHEHEHEH..." Bowser roared, shaking the ground with his massive vocals. I growled and shot a fireball at the beast. It roared, but remained in place. Then he shot his fist into my stomach when I tried to jump up. I fell to the ground in pain. I had to think of a way to stop the crazy Koopa. I ran around to the back for his tail, but it swatted me away painfully.
I ran around to the front of Bowser and shot fireballs up at his tough hide. He laughed and slashed at me, tearing deep gashes down the front of my shirt. I jumped up, out of reach of his massive claws, and slammed him in the head with my hammer. He roared, and I fell back to the ground. I turned around to face Ludwig.
"Do you have any gadgets that could help me here?" I asked him. He thought for a couple of seconds, before slapping his face. Then Ludwig pulled out a shiny, glowing orb and tossed it to me. I felt a power surge around my entire body. I flew into the air and slammed down on Bowser's supersized noggin. With a gurgle, Bowser fell over and reverted to normal. I came to the ground.
"See ya," I said before turning to leave the Koopa family to deal with their problems.
"Get the aspirin, Mom..." I heard Ludwig say from behind me.
Chapter Fourty-Six: Clash of the Titans
The four creatures of great immensity that surged with power turned and faced one onother. Venom glowered at the other three, his tongue hanging out of his mouth. The Shadow Queen's gaze remained stony. Grodus's mechanical eyes swerved back and forth, suspectingly. The Princess of the Shroob growled from deep in her throat.
"You fools..." Venom hissed. "Nobody is going to steal away what I desire... I will crush this planet, and kill the three of you!" The Demonic Boo looked at the Shadow Queen. "YOU!!! I remember you!" He spat.
The Shadow Queen twisted her grotesque face into a scowl. "Yes, I remember you too, Venom. But your goals will not be fuflilled today... I will enslave Plit and do with the Plitians as I wish..."
Grodus threw his head back and laughed, which made the three turn their attentions towards him. "None of you will kill me. I will be succeeding, and taking control of the Shadow Queen so that I will conquer the galaxies..."
A wall of flame flew up behind the dark queen. "Laughable. You pathetic machine. I killed you easily once, and now I will do it again."
The Shroob Princess cut in. "Foolish creatures. I am invincible because of my quartz gem! You will fall at my might!"
Venom just laughed. "Then the gem must go..." With that, the giant spectre leaped upon the Shroob Princess. She squirmed under his weight. The Shadow Queen then attacked Venom. Grodus smiled. Everyone was to busy to notice him. He held his large, metal staff into the air and gathered immense amounts of electricity. He leapt into the air and smacked the Shadow Queen in the face with it.
Venom approached the Shroob Princess, and drove his pointed tongue fowards. The Princess, quicker than lightning, grabbed Grodus, pulling him in front of her. Grodus was stabbed through the center of his metallic body, and Venom was electrocuted. The electricity surged through his body and into his hook fins. He whipped it into the oncoming Shadow Queen and laughed as she fell to the ground. The Shroob Princess leapt at him, attempting a frontal attack. He brought the lightning down, frying her alien body. She growled. A long tail came up behind the Boo and constricted it. Then he was slammed upon the ground.
The Princess charged multicolored orbs
into the air, until it formed into a large orb of unfathamable energy.
She held it above her, fangs gleaming
in an evil smile. With the utmost force she thrust it downwards and it
exploded in a mass of rainbow color, sending the demon Boo flying into
the air. The Shadow Queen attacked the Shroob Princess, holding daggers
of shadow. They wrestled upon each other. Grodus smirked. "Catfight. heh."
From his back, Grodus's mechanical wings spread and glinted in the sunlight.
Sand fell off them, and fire came from the ends. He flew into the air and
barreled into the Shadow Queen. She growled and slashed at him with her
shadow daggers. Grodus avoided all of the strikes with relative ease. Grodus
laughed and punched her in the face, sending her reeling.
Venom returned from the sky a bit bruised, and his eyes shown bright. A bright wave of fire expelled from him, knocking into the other three creatures. He snickered. Then he held his hook fins in the air, and an enormous tidal wave came from behind him and pounded his foes. A tentacle shot through the resulting fog and stabbed him. He was too surprised to go intangible, and blood leaked from his large body. The Shroob Princess, filled with rage, slashed and smacked at the Boo. The Boo was caught off guard, but then did something unsuspected. He leaned in and kissed the Princess on the lips. The alien swayed before turning into ice. The Boo whipped his dagger-like tail around and smashed the Princess high into the air, before she came down and shattered from her icy pison. Princess Shroob growled and struggled to get up. She wouldn't let that happen again. Venom stuck out his tongue and mocked her.
Grodus's long, steel staff opened and a ray of light hurtled into Venom, and he was sent sprawling. The Shadow Queen rose above the ground, and rushed over to where Grodus stood. The demon smiled and Grodus felt uneasy. She jumped towards him, but Grodus grabbed her by the neck, and pushed his cannon arm into her face. She sweated nervously as he grinned. "Say cheese..." His cannon fired, and there was a large blast of energy as she was blasted off him. He grinned but stopped when he felt something tugging at him. He looked down to see dead, decaying hands pulling at him...

Slimer and his friends stood on the ground, not having a clue what to do. Slimer's brother Brian cursed. "What are we to do about this? They're destroying Toad Town in their battle!"
When things looked bleak, the foursome heard an elderly laugh from behind them. "Ohohohohoho... Looks like you fellers need some help."
They turned to see an odd, old man. His glasses were a bit crooked, and his hair was white and straight. He wore a lab coat that had a bit of dust on it. Slimer looked blankly. "Who da...?"
Bow smiled. "It's Professor E. Gadd!"
The old man smiled and blinked behind his enormous spectacles. "Bingo! Now... you two." He pointed to Slimer and Mewtwo90. "The spaceship of the two aliens are parked just outside this town. You will have to follow my exact instructions." He threw them two black devices. "They're communicators. They will help a lot. Now you two!" He pointed to Bow and Brian. "Come with me."
Bow and Slimer's brother went off with the strange old man, while Slimer and Mewtwo90 stayed behind. They ran to the outskirts of Toad Town, where they found the large ship with an X on it. Slimer shot a Bullet Bill at the opening and the two broke in. They found themselves in a large room with dials and switches and panels. It glowed with a bright light that almost blinded them. The floor was metallic and had a red satin carpet trailing on it. Strange circular windows decorated the inside.
They felt a vibrating in their pockets and pulled out the communictaors E. Gadd had given them. They saw the old man's face.
"Okay. We're inside. Now where to go?"
Gadd smiled. "The main control room."
Slimer sighed. "In English, old man, where is it?"
The old man seemed to cringe at this. "The top floor, I'm afraid."
Slimer groaned. "Great, this is going to be harder then I thought." Red lights flashed and a siren wailed. Spilling out of the door were a dozen X-Nauts. "Much harder then I thought..." he said.

Bow and Brian rubbed their head as they felt bumps on their noggins as they hit the roof of the rickety old car. They cursed and wondered how the man had ever gotten his driver's license. They spun wrecklessly in the forest path as Gadd lowered some glassy sunglasses over his eyes. ''Let's see what this baby can do in hyperdrive...''
The two friends of Slimer looked worriedly at each other as the car sped down the road at unimaginable speeds. Shrieking, the old man finally stopped just in time for the two's hearts to stop beating. The two clung to their seats and muttered about their life flashing before their eyes. The old man got out of the vehicle, entered a small, wooden shack, and came out holding a large, metalic device. It had a sleek, metal body, black wheels, and a long nozzle. He smiled.
''I call it the Poltergust Omega!''

Grodus got up, glaring. The last thing he remembered was getting pulled underground, and a cold feeling. Then he realized, someone was on top of him. A large, spiked tongue hung down in front of his face and sharp hooks were pinning him to the ground, stabbing his arms in the process. Acidic slobber fell onto Grodus's face and he growled. A cannon opened in Grodus's chest and Venom's face stopped being so cocky. Grodus waved him goodbye as he was blasted into the air by a giant blue light. The Boo turned intangible. Grodus cursed as minimal damage was done to him. He whirled his staff in the air and slammed it on the ground. Time froze around the Boo and Grodus rushed over and slammed him with his staff, sending him flying.
Venom spat demon blood and slammed one of his hook fins into the other, spilling blood. He ripped his hooks apart and his own blood spilled on the ground. Grodus looked confused. A large, magical circle of energy was thrust forwards and Grodus was pushed back, bewildered.
"Heh. It's called the Manic Circle. Excellent attack, really, it only costs me some of my blood. Which I have plenty to spare..." he said. Venom was suprised as several claws of shadow grabbed him from behind. He struggled. The Shadow Queen laughed.
"I'm glad you have plenty... Allow me to take some off your hands." Her mouth opened, and a long, forked tongue crept out and into his wounds. He growled in pain as she lapped the tasty blood up. The Shadow Queen laughed as her body grew even longer. Long, muscular legs with tallons on the end of them burst from her lower stomach. Two bat-like wings were formed and the Shadow Queen was even more menacing than before.
Princess Shroob came back into the fray, and wasted no time breathing clouds of venomous smog at her enemy. The Shadow Queen merely grinned and inhaled the smog. One of her claws grabbed the Princess and sent her crashing into the ground. "Fool..." The Shadow Queen made several clouds appear and hover over the Princess. Her eyes widened with fear as the gas was inhaled.
The Shroob Princess then stood upright. Her eyes glowed with a new darkness. The Shadow Queen laughed and whispered in her ear. "Kill the others, would you dearie?"
The Shroob Princess nodded. She roared, and the other two frowned. Her long tentacles were shot dirrectly at Grodus. Grodus growled. "NOT THIS TIME!" Grodus whirled his staff and brought it down on the head of the Shroob Princess. She fell to the ground and Grodus eyed the Shadow Queen with a feral rage. He leaped in the air and began to attack...

Slimer barreled into an X-Naut. It fell over on its back, seething with anger. He shot several rounds of Bullet Bills at the other X-Nauts to blow them apart. He and Mewtwo90 made it towards the cockpit. Someone was seeted there.
"Buh huh huh huh... Congrats on making it this far, BUT YOU'RE GOIN' DOWN!!!" Lord Crump whirled around in his chair. He jumped into the air, striking a cool pose. Bits and pieces of machinery flew from seemingly nowhere, and formed something of a robot around him.
"I call it the Magnus X-terminator."
Slimer groaned.
"Oh how original..."
Crump growled at this, and ran forward towards Slimer. He punched the ground, and Slimer backflipped. "TAKE A CHILL PILL, JOE!!!!" Slimer spun in midair and kicked the large machine. Crump fell to the ground before rolling to a stop.
"You..." he muttered. Mewtwo90's eyes closed, and the pudgy X-Naut was slammed into the ceiling, and then into the ground. He got up, staring angrily at the two. "You two will die at my hands!!!"
Slimer snickered. "Are we gonna talk? Or fight?"
The giant robot started glowing green. Magnus flew into the air and began to spin, shooting out orbs of green flame and moving around the air at the same time. Slimer jumped into the air, and when the mech was in mid-charge, Slimer tackled him to the ground. He fell and laughed.
"BUH-HUH-HUH!!! FOOLISH NOOBS!!! FEAR MAGNUS'S ULTIMATE ATTACK!!!" Magnus rose up and started charging energy into its hands. Blue and red electricity crackled deep within the robot, and two bright beams of light hit the ground. They rapidly moved towards Slimer. He ran, but was hit and thrown into a wall.
Magnus raised his arms, the radiant beams of light bursting from both metallic hands. He connected them into the air, and they became a large ball of energy which was hurled at the two. Slimer dashed in and sliced the orb with his swords. He propelled the ball back at Magnus and grinned. Magnus was hit head on and was pushed backwards. He growled and shot a barage of missiles at the duo. Slimer retaliated with his Bullet Bills. They blew the missiles back at Magnus. Crump gulped. "Oh, fungah."
BOOOOOOOM!!! There was a large explosion, and Crump was blown into oblivion somewhere.
Slimer turned to the control pannel. He lifted his walkie talkie and Gadd's face popped up on the monitor. "Now, Professor. How do I do this?" the Koopa asked.
"Simple. First, take off the covering," Gadd replied. Slimer pried the cover off the fuse box.
"Now see how the red and blue, and the green and yellow are together?" Gadd asked.
"Uh-huh," Slimer replied.
"Switch them around," Gadd said.
Slimer unhooked the wires and reasembled them. "Now what?" Slimer asked.
"GO TO THE NEXT SHIP! AND HURRY!" Gadd shouted.

The Shadow Queen whirled her powerful blades of shadow at Grodus's face. Grodus ducked and slammed his fist into her gut. The Shroob Princess fell upon Grodus, clawing his face. "DO NOT HARM MASTER!!!" she roared. Grodus growled and several spikes shot from his chest. They stabbed into the Princess' flesh, and alien blood dripped from her body. Shadow Queen leapt at Grodus and tore at his metal body with her newformed talons. Tentacles wrapped around Grodus's face and pulled him. The Shroob Princess twirled him around at dizzying speeds. Grodus sent electricity through her tentacles, causing the alien princess to let go. Unfortunately for Grodus, he slammed into a large building, but was not harmed.
In the air, what seemed like a speck to the enormous monsters was actually the flying Polterguist Omega. E. Gadd chuckled as Brian and Bow held on for dear life. "ARE YOU SURE THIS THING IS SAFE?!" Bow shouted.
"99 PERCENT SURE TO BE EXACT!!!! OR WAS IT 95..." Gadd shouted back.
The three continued on, towards the Shadow Queen. E. Gadd grinned as he pushed a few buttons on the control panel of the gigantic vacUum they were riding on.
"Demon-be-gone-missiles," Gadd said. "Never leave home without 'em." The old professor pressed another button and a medium-sized, green-colored missile traveled through the air and hit the Shadow Queen. She bellowed in pain.
"WHERE IS THE GNAT RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING THAT?!" The Demon raged. She saw the small vacUum flying away from her. Her eyes blazed with rage and she followed it.
Gadd grinned. "Perfect," He said, and turned the speed up. By now, the Shadow Queen had lost focus on controlling the Shroob Princess, so her will was free. She immediately lashed out at the demon responsible for taking over her body but found she was not there.
The Shadow Queen chased the machine until they were out of sight of the other beasts. The machine flew around her shooting green missiles until she raged with pain. E. Gadd pushed a button and a suction started up. The vacuum cleaner was initiated, and her demonic form was completely sucked up as she emitted hideous shreiks.
"Now for the other one," Gadd said. Venom, however, had been watching from afar and was ready...

Slimer and Mewtwo90 rushed into the control room of the Shroob Mothership to find a large, blue Shrooboid. It kind of looked the Shrooboid Brat, but different. It had long horns, eight of them to be exact, and a hideous maw. "Hello," it said, and the two heroes gasped.
"YOU CAN TALK?" Slimer asked.
"Quite. Now, to introduce myself. I AM THE SHROOBOID ELDEST!!!!" the thing said.
Slimer leapt at it. "Then we have to defeat you," he said.
The Shroob creature grinned. "Then come. Bring it, as you say." He opened his mouth and a burst of blue energy flew forward at the Koopa. He dodged it though and brought down his hammer on the Shroob's head.
"CONSIDER IT BROUGHT!!!" Slimer roared.
The great blue creature jumped into the air, blue fireballs surrounding its bulbous body. It slapped its hands together, making a large sword of blue flame, while the fireballs continued to encircle it. He flipped in the air, bringing his sword down. Slimer countered with his two swords of light and dark. Mewtwo90 jumped over his shoulder and slashed viciously with his tail blade. Mewtwo90 then focused his mental powers but was suprised when he was thrown back instead.
"Clever. Though not clever enough." The Shroob had an evil glint in his eye as the flames circled him faster, then rose around his arm. Faster than light, he flew forward and punched Slimer in his face. Time froze for Slimer, and an explosion of power occured, rippling space and time. Time reverted to normal as blood flew from the Koopa's mouth and he fell to the ground. Then the creature zapped a powerful, pink laser from his horns which Mewtwo90 avoided each time one hit the ground. The creature laughed, but a noise from behind distracted him. A missile flew through the window, and blew the Shroob to kingdom come.
Gadd smiled before flying off. Slimer grinned before switching the wires and leaving the vessel.

As Gadd neared Venom, the huge creature taunted the flying thing.
"Oh, I know what you're up to. Don't think it will work, either..." Gadd had a bad feeling in his stomach, but he fired his demon-be-gone missiles at the creature anyway. Venom slashed his hooks upward, slicing the missiles in two. They flew apart and exploded harmlessly. A purple fire began to form in the Boo's mouth and the three riders got nervous. It shot out, just barely avoiding the three riders.
From behind the Boo, there was an explosion and a cry of pain. Venom whirled around to see the intruders. When he saw two specks grinning at them using his keen eyesight, he realized to late it was a trap. E. Gadd bombarded the bulbous Boo and then sucked him up.
Slimer called out from the ground. "WHAT NOW?!" Slimer asked.
"We wait for them to take the bait..." Gadd said. "Hopefully, soon they will retire to their ships for aerial combat..."
Grodus slammed hard against Princess Shroob, knocking her over on her side. She slammed her tentacle spikes into Grodus's chest and he roared with anger. The two pushed at each other before noticing that they were the only ones left. Grodus scowled. "Where's the witch? And the Boo?" he asked.
"I was wondering the exact same thing... Could it have anything to do with that small flying thing?" the Princess of the Shroobs queried.
Sweat dripped down E. Gadd's face as he gulped. "This can't be good," he said.
The two beasts shook hands... or tentacles or whatever.
"Partners," they said simultaniously and looked towards the small flying vehicle.
"Temporary..." Grodus growled. The two beasts charged after the ship. The alien princess jumped over a building and got in front of the vehicle. Grodus went behind, grinning. Then the Shroob Princess shouldered into Grodus, causing him to fall over. "HEY! I THOUGHT YOU SAID WE WERE TEMPORARY PARTNERS!" Grodus raged.
"Rule number one. Never trust your enemies," she said with a laugh.
"Traitorous wench..." Grodus said.
"Besides, I could have crushed that flying thingy anytime. Without your help," she said.
"THAT'S IT!!!" Grodus spazzed. "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! I'LL FINISH YOU OFF IN THE SKY!!!"
"Fine with me!" the Princess said. Immediately she returned to her normal form, then ran over to her ship. Grodus returned to his old body and went to his ship. They ran to their control rooms and started up their respective ships, oblivious to the trap waiting. Slimer and the others watched as the ships shakily started into the sky. After accending about 20 feet, both ships exploded, causing beautiful, rainbow-colored fireworks to rain down from the sky, signifying a beautiful new day...
Chapter Fourty-Seven: Reminiscing
LUDWIG
I sighed. My parents, Kamek, and Karma huddled around the breath-made fire they had produced. Bowser had his back turned and was still grumbling about how he had lost to Mario.
"Why'd ya have to help him?!" Bowser asked grumpliy. "You could've given that to me..." he trailed on, grumbling angrily. I dropped my head, my blue hair flowing in the eerie breeze created by this bizarre place. The firelight flickered off my face, illuminating all my unique features.
"When this all started... I was furious," I began. Mom, everyone leaned in, interested in what I had to say, so I continued. "I was mad at Dad for not letting me be with Karma. I loved her. She loved me. I didn't see what was so bad. Now, I forgive him. Ignorance is bliss. He didn't realize that he'd broke the rules too..." I finished. Bowser sighed.
"Yes... I'm sorry about this. About everything. I should have realized. I'm a bad father," he said.
Clawdia held his hand. "No. You're an idiot. But your my idiot. And I love you," Clawdia said. They kissed, and Bowser smiled. I stood up, and held Karma's hand. Then we went over to a small tent Kamek had crafted with magic. We opened the flap and sat down.
"Karma... I don't know how we're going to get out of here... but I love you, and I always will," I said. Karma smiled. Not saying another word, we kissed, giggling and snuggling.

Bowser and Clawdia both sighed, looking into the firelight. They were worried about their child, his girlfriend, and themselves. Bowser put his claw in Clawdia's and she smiled.
"How are we going to get out of here?!" Clawdia asked, agitated.
"I don't know..." Bowser muttered.
"I want a good future for our children to prosper. That means, no forcing them to be evil. If they want to be part of your evil schemes, fine. But count me out," the Queen of the Koopas replied.
"Fine..." Bowser grumbled. Clawida grinned.

Kamek sat, deep in thought. He was thinking about his flashback, and where Vermik was now. He couldn't think of one place. And it was tearing him about. He hadn't seen the black-robed Magikoopa since what had happened. He sighed, looking down to the ground. Using his wand, he created a fire, which he used to look into the red sky. Closing his eyes, he sat back down on the ground and started drifting off into nothingness.

I sighed, my arm around Karma's shoulder as I lay on the soft bottom of the tent. I kissed her soft lips again, then fell back lying my head on the ground. And I fell asleep soon...

I was awakened by a soft whirring from outside. I ran outside, Karma by my side to find what was the matter. I saw Mom, Dad, and Kamek glaring up at a sinister figure. There in the air was Morcious. He laughed evilly and looked down at us.
"HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! YOU FOOLS ARE DOOMED!!! I can't believe you believed me. You really are daft," he said, grinning from ear to ear.
"YOU TRAITOR!!!" Bowser roared.
"Jerk!!!" I yelled.
"Feeble insults get you nowhere. FIGHT ME!!!" he said. He raised his hands to the air, and the ground rumbled. There was a bright light in front of us, and I saw a digital-like arena surrounding us. In the center was the enormous dragon that was Morcious.
"YOU WONDER WHY THEY CALL ME THE GREATEST HUNTER?!" he roared. We tensed, as the final battle began...
