One day Ludwig is in his lab, laughing evilly as he puts the finishing touches to his new invention.
Ludwig: Yes! Yes! YES! It's done!! Now it must be tested! Oh, dear siblings!
In the living room...
Roy: Did I just hear Ludwig?
Lemmy: Yes, you-
Iggy: Did!
Wendy: Oh no! He's going to kill us by using us to test an invention!
Morton: We must hide ourselves!
The Koopalings scatter. Ludwig goes downstairs to see what seems like an empty living room.
Ludwig: I know you're here siblings! Come out wherever you are!
Ludwig goes to the backyard. He sees a strand of hair standing up from a tree. He climbs up the tree and can barely see through some branche what seems to be Lemmy and Wendy. Ludwig pushes the branches out of the way and sees that it's really the dummies that Lemmy and Wendy used in SMW. He hears some girly laughter from a bush. He climbs down and looks in the bush.
Ludwig: Thanks, Wendy! ^.^
Wendy: Actually that laughter was Lemmy.
Lemmy: >.< Hey!
Ludwig drags them inside with them screaming and begging to not be killed. Ludwig stops when he hears someone talking under the couch. He looks under there and sees Morton, Roy, and Iggy.
Roy: Thanks a lot, Morton! Your constant blabbering gave us away!
Morton: Sorry, my apologies, I- *SOCK*
Iggy: Ok, Ludwig, you found-
Lemmy: Five of us, now leave the last two alone!
Ludwig: Two?
Wendy: Dad's making us babysit Junior because he's still tired from having his body used by that Shadow freak.
Ludwig: Fine then. I-
A hand made of paint arises from the floor and grabs all the Koopalings except Ludwig. The hand goes back in the floor. Ludwig goes to the mirror.
Ludwig: Nice one, Junior, hiding in the mirror with your paintbrush so you can draw things in there and make them happen out here. Well fun's over, get outta there.
A faint image of Junior appears and shakes his head "No."
Ludwig: Ok then.
Ludwig grabs the mirror and throws it on the floor, thus smashing it to pieces. Ludwig picks it up to reveal all of his siblings under it.
Ludwig: Let's go.
Five minutes later...
All the Koopalings are in Ludwig's lab. Ludwig takes a sheet off of the invention he was working on to reveal a big pod.
Ludwig: Behold! My time machine! It can take you to any second, minute, hour, day, week, month, year, or even millisecond in time!
Roy: Maybe we should send Morton to the dinosaur age. I'm sure the cavemen would like talking lessons!
Morton: MPPHHH!!! (Not funny, Roy!)
Ludwig presses a button on the time machine and a keyboard and a small screen come out of the wall. Ludwig types in "2 minutes: PAST".
Ludwig: For the test we'll go back two minutes. I don't want to take any extreme measures.
Ludwig grabs his siblings and pulls them in the machine.
Ludwig: Siblings, prepare to have a big thrill!
Roy: It's always a thrill for me when I beat Iggy up!
Roy punches Iggy really hard. Iggy crashes into the keyboard. The text Ludwig typed in is edited, it now says, "20 years: FUTURE".
Iggy: Uh, Ludwig...
Ludwig: Not now, Iggy!
Lemmy looks at the screen.
Iggy: But-
Lemmy: Ludwig!
Ludwig: Initiating time travel sequence. NOW! *crazy laugh that Ludwig does in the Mario Cartoon*
The lights start flickering and the glass starts cracking. Everybody starts flying all over the place.
Iggy: Lemmy! Hurry! We must get-
Lemmy: To the door and escape!
The twins make it to the glass double doors and manage to open them. They see that they're in space.
Lemmy and Iggy: O.O AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Lemmy and Iggy close the doors and continue flying everywhere. Suddenly everybody drops to the floor.
Larry: That hurt.
Bowser Jr: Are we in the past?
Ludwig: I think so.
Ludwig opens the door and sees a vast land with absolutely no life and simply dirt for ground. Homes are destroyed and buildings are rubble.
Wendy: The past got uglier.
Ludwig: This isn't the past! We're...
Ludwig looks at the screen and reads, "20 Years: FUTURE".
Ludwig: 20 YEARS IN THE FUTURE?!
Everybody but Lemmy and Iggy: WHAT?!
Ludwig: Who did this?
Lemmy: Ok, first off, Iggy hit the keyboard, but it's because Roy-
Iggy: Hit me!
Everybody looks at Roy.
Roy: Uh... Ok, I know that everybody's mad at-
Ludwig: We must get home immediately! Another trip through the time machine should work. We just go in and-
Roy: Got it!
Ludwig: Roy, wait!
Roy runs inside the time machine and presses a button to make it start up. The time machine vanishes without Roy. Roy is standing where the time machine was.
Roy: What happened?
Ludwig: You were supposed to type in what time you wanted to go to. But don't worry, I don't think we could've messed up anything in time.
In the year 1795, March 5th on Earth...
The time machine has crashed through the roof of the White House and George Washington is looking at it.
George Washington: I say, what is this thing? Hmm... I know! We'll call it, "The Vacuum Cleaner"!
2026, whatever today's month and day is, on Plit...
Ludwig: I have a plan. Our future selves should be here. The future me should have another time machine!
Roy: But where's your castle?
General Toad walks up to them.
General Toad: I can get you to Ludwig's castle.
Ludwig: Really? You can? That's great! So where's my castle?
General Toad: YOUR castle?
Roy: Uh. would you excuse us?
Roy takes Ludwig aside and whispers in his ear.
Roy: Dude, General Toad's the general of the Mushroom Army! If he finds out that we're the Koopa Kids then he'll get his men here to kick our shells in a second!
Ludwig: Oh yeah, got it.
Ludwig and Roy go back to talk to General Toad.
Ludwig: So where's Ludwig's castle?
General Toad: I have a map right here.
General Toad hands them a map. Larry looks at it and sees the paths to all eight Koopa Castles.
Larry: Wow, so we go to Larry's castle. Then Morton's. Then Wendy's. Then we go to the Twin Tower. Then we go to Roy's castle. Then after that, we're at Ludwig's!
General Toad: And the last two are King Bowser Koopa's castle, then Lord Bowser Koopa's. Well, I'm off to command my men in the war. Goodbye now.
Koopalings: Thanks, General Toad!
Ludwig: Ok, now where's Larry's castle?
The Koopalings look ahead of them and see Larry's castle.
Ludwig: Let's go!
They head to Larry's castle. They walk to the entrance and open the door. They go inside and see Piranha Plants everywhere. Lemmy freezes them as they continue. They find three doors. They head into the first one and find a giant Piranha Plant! Lemmy grabs his Freeze Gun and Morton grabs his flamethrower (he rules Desert Land). They shoot fire and ice at the plant. The plant spits fireballs at Lemmy's ice but he dies after five seconds of being burned by Morton. The Koopalings head out the door and go in the second one. They find stairs. They go up the stairs and eventually find the door to Larry's room. They open it and find Adult Larry sitting on his throne.
Adult Larry: Who dares come into my throne room unannounced?
Larry: Hey cool! It's the future me!
Adult Larry: I ask once more, who dares come into my throne room unannounced?
Wendy: Just us Koopas, King Larry. (I can't believe I'm calling my brother king!)
Adult Larry: And why?
Ludwig: We're just coming through. We have to get to King Ludwig's castle.
Adult Larry: For coming unannounced, you must pay the price. GUARDS!
Eight Koopatrols come in.
Adult Larry: Take them to... THE PIRANHA PLANT PIT!
The Koopatrols grab the Koopalings and take them to the PPP. The Koopatrols are about to drop the Koopalings in the pit.
Bowser Jr: Hey, look! King Larry's behind you!
The Koopatrols turn around. Bowser Jr. gets away from the Koopatrol holding him. He paints a circle around the Koopatrol's feet and the Koopatrol drops down into it. Bowser Jr. pushes the other ones in the hole as well.
Ludwig: Yay! Good job, Junior! We're safe!
A vine comes up from the pit and grabs the Koopalings. It drags them into the pit. The vine drops them and they turn around to see a giant Piranha Plant monster!
Koopalings: AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Lemmy shoots ice at the piranha plant, but the Piranha Plant just opens its mouth and eats the ice. Morton shoots flames at it but it just blows them away.
Plant: I am Podophyllumasher!
Podophyllumasher whips Larry away with one of his arms. Morton gets his megaphone and screams in it. Wendy screams too. The sound waves from all three of them bounce off of each other. Morton and Wendy are sent flying. Lemmy freezes some of the soundwaves from Podophyllumasher. He picks them up. The soundwaves look like frozen circles. Lemmy uses them to slice off Podophyllumasher's legs. Then he slices off Podophyllumasher's arms.
Podophyllumasher: AHH!!!
Podophyllumasher's arms and legs grow back.
Lemmy: Oh-
Iggy: No!
Larry sprays weed killer on Podophyllumasher. Podophyllumasher starts choking. Lemmy slices Podophyllumasher's arms and legs off and Podophyllumasher withers away. The Koopalings climb out of the pit and go to the stairs. They go to Adult Larry.
Adult Larry: So, you made it here again, eh?
Lemmy holds up the frozen soundwaves.
Adult Larry: O.O YOU KILLED PODOPHYLLUMASHER?!
Lemmy: Yep-
Iggy: He did.
Adult Larry: Grr.
Adult Larry grabs a bazooka-looking gun out of his shell. He shoots a missile at Lemmy. Lemmy is hit with the missile and it explodes. The smoke clears to reveal a Piranha Plant!
Wendy: *gasp* You turned Lemmy into a-
Adult Larry shoots Wendy and she turns into a plant. Adult Larry shoots everybody. or so it seems.
Adult Larry: Ha ha! Time to add these to my collection!
Adult Larry puts his gun back in his shell. Larry sneaks up behind Adult Larry and steals the gun. He swiftly climbs up the wall and to the ceiling. Adult Larry gets a watering can and waters Larry's siblings. Larry shoots the watering can and it turns into a plant.
Adult Larry: Huh?
Adult Larry puts down the plant and sits on his throne. Larry shoots the throne and it turns into a plant. The Piranha Plant throne bites Adult Larry's butt.
Adult Larry: YOW!
Larry: (Lemmy's not the only prankster Koopa!)
Larry drops from the ceiling and gets his future self up against a wall. Adult Larry steals the gun and shoots many missiles at Larry. Larry dodges and rides a missile over to Lemmy. Larry quickly grabs Lemmy's Freeze Gun. Adult Larry shoots a missile at Larry. Larry shoots a snowball at the missile. The missile explodes upon impact with the snowball. The smoke clears to reveal an Ice Piranha Plant! Adult Larry burns the Ice Piranha with flame breath and then he charges toward Larry. Larry jumps on Adult Larry's head. Adult Larry tries to shoot at Larry but he winds up shooting himself. Adult Larry becomes a Piranha Plant! Larry sprays weedkiller on his siblings and they turn back to normal. Adult Larry bites Larry's tail, which makes Larry drop the weedkiller. Adult Larry uses the weedkiller on himself and turns back into a Koopa. He grabs a cell phone out of his shell and calls all of his siblings and his dad.
Adult Larry: Eight enemies just invaded my castle! Keep an eye out for them if they go to yours!
Adult Larry jumps out the window and runs away.
Bowser Jr: Well, we can't go to the other castles now.
Lemmy: We-
Iggy: Have to.
So the Koopalings set off to Morton's castle.
Roy: Great, an adult Morton. Morton's mouth was already big enough!
