Mario and Wario discover that they have enough Stars to get to the galaxy with a 3 on it. They point at it, and are flung there by a Launch Star.
Mario: What’s this place?
Bee Guard: Welcome to the Honeyhive Kingdom! Our queen rules this land.
Mario: Well that answers my question.
They walk around and Mario sees a patch of dirt.
Mario: This dirt patch seems suspicious
Wario: I’ll grab that big coin and see if anything happens.
He does so, and bBe Mushrooms appear on the patch of dirt. Mario eats one and so does Wario.
Geno: Congratulations! You have transformed into Bee Mario and Wario!
Mario: Why are you here?
Geno: To announce and brag that I get to announce the bee power-up. Only 6 people get first power up announcement bragging rights. I know of two: me, and Slimer49'r.
They fly past the waterfall and see some weird beetles. The beetles chase them and hit Wario, and when they see he is a human, run away.
Mario: They’re scared of us, yet attack bees? Weird.
They go down a log tube, and run to another Bee Shroom. Wario eats it, and they fly to a Launch Star. They get flung to a pond-type planet. There, they see rock-spitting space Bloopers.
Link: Hey! That’s copyright infringement!
Wario: How?
Link: Those things look and attack like Octoroks!
Mario: But we were made by the same company.
Link: Oh. Sorry for the mix-up!
Anyways, they beat up all of the enemies and talk to a bee.
Random Bee: Grab the flower stem for a fun ride!
They do so and are sent to a field of floating flowers. They get to a big flower with a Launch Star on it. They are flung to the bottom of the queen’s castle.
Mario: How do we get up?
Random Bee #2: One of the perks of being a bee is that we can stick to these honey walls.
Mario: That answers my question.
They climb the walls and meet the queen.
Queen: And who might you be? A physician, I presume? No matter. I am in a terrible situation and require assistance. I have been itching all over! It needs to be stopped! Please help me!
They fly towards her and find that they are able to cling to her.
Mario: What are Star Chips doing in here?
Wario: We should collect them.
They do so.
Queen: My thanks! You have shown much bravery, new bees. I trust that I may rely on you two in the future!
A Launch Star appears. They are flung to the top of the giant tree. They find the Toad Brigade.
Toad Brigade Leader: AAAUGH! A BEE! … What? Mario? Wario? Hey… It IS you! We escaped from Peach’s castle too! But then we thought Bowser would get us, and then we got lost with Luigi and Waluigi… Oh! I just remembered! We found a Power Star! I’m sure you need this, so here, take it.
He pulls out a
Oower Star. They grab it, and Mario, Wario, and the Toad Brigade return
to the Observatory.
