Mario and Wario have just discovered the Ghostly Galaxy.
Wario: Why don’t we go to this one, Mario?
Mario: CHEESE!
Wario: Oh great. The author thinks Mario is dumb. This is gonna be tough.
Mario grabs the kitchen Pull Star because there was cheese above it, and the duo get sent to the Ghostly Galaxy! Dum De DUM! … Sorry. While going there, the duo see Luigi and Waluigi in a cell, Luigi tampering with the Poultergust 3000 and Waluigi being scared to death.
Wario: Oh great. Not them.
I zap Wario for not liking Luigi.

Wario: Ouch.
Once the duo lands, they go out doing normal adventuring stuff until they find the first Boo Mushroom.
Mario: Ack! Zombie Shroom!
Wario: It doesn’t look dangerous…
Wario accidentally touches the Boo Mushroom and becomes Boo Wario!
Boo Wario: … Oh. SWEET!
Boo Wario goes into the next room using his Boo powers, and then enters the Luigis’ cage!
Luigi: Hah! I’ve finally fixed my Poultergust 3000! … Oh, and look! I have a Boo to try it out on!
Boo Wario: Huh? Why do I feel that my life is being threatened… Oh. HELP!
Meanwhile, Mario is hiding in terror of the second Boo Mushroom.
Mario: HELP! Zombie Shroom!
The Boo in the room slaps his non-existent forehead, then grabs the Boo Mushroom and touches Mario with it. Boo Mario, unaware that he is a Boo, flees from the non-existent Zombie Shroom… right into the Luigis’ cell! Specifically, into the light in Waluigi’s side. Boo Mario turns back into normal, and then runs into Luigi, distracting him. Wario then flees into the light, then he goes back to Luigi.
Luigi: Thanks for saving me, Wario. And… maybe Mario.
Mario: CHEESE!
Wario: No prob. GOT A REWARD?!
Luigi: … Yes. Take this Star.
Wario does the “Assisted by Luigi” version of the Star Dance, with Waluigi diving from the right at the last second, and Mario reaching in from the front.
Mario: CHEESE!
Waluigi: I’m afraid of cheese!
Wario and Luigi: On to the
next Star!
