They do so. At the Beach Bowl Galaxy, Wario opens a chest, looks for Mario, doesn’t see him, and uses the Launch Star inside. He lands on an exotic planet with a Star, water, waterfalls, a couple Piranhas, a purple Piranha, Cataquacks, icebergs, a Sling Star, a ? coin, a black hole, and… MARIO?!
Wario: How’d you get here before me?
Mario: I took a taxi.

Mario gets the coin and a blue flower appears. The –arios each get one.
Ckday: You turned into Ice Mario and Wario! You can walk on water! Shake the Wii Remote to skate!
Ice Mario: Why are you here?
Ckday: Because!

The Ice –arios
wall jump up to the top, where the icebergs are. The –arios lose their
ice power, but there are Ice Flowers right there. They regain their ice
power and lure the Cataquacks under the Star, while the icebergs kept breaking
the ice they make. The Cataquacks launch them into the Star, and they head
back to the Observatory.
