The -arios are in the Engine Room after beating Guppy.
Mario: I'm still mad at Guppy for not letting the Penguins race. Let's go see him and do some stuff.
They go to the Seaside Galaxy again and see that the Penguins are getting ready to race.
Wario: What are they doing?
Penguin that signs up people to race for something shiny: Come to register for the race! One spot left!
Wario: I'm signing up because you raced Guppy.
PTSUPTRFSS: Last spot in race!
Wario; I'll sign up.
Penguin that you know the rest: Ok, let the race begin!
All 5 penguins and Wario start the race. The blue one takes the lead with the green, then the red, then the yellow, then the purple, and then Wario close behind.
Wario: I can't lose to these Penguins.
Wario grabs a shell and takes second place. He is close behind first place.
Blue Penguin: I'm going to win.
Guppy: Eat this, you yellow cap.
Guppy misses and hits the blue Penguin, who falls into last as Wario crosses the finish line first.
Penguin: The winner is that fat yellow guy, and he gets a Star!
Wario collects the Star and goes back to the Observatory without Mario.
Mario: WARIO! YOU BAD PERSON!
I WILL GET MY REVENGE!
