Bowser: Bwahahaha! With this power, I will be invincible! Not even the strongest can stand up to me when I get the power! Gwahahaha-
Just then, Lemmy, the second oldest Koopaling, came into his father's throne room.
Lemmy: King Dad! I got good news and I got bad news.
Bowser: What's the good news?
Lemmy: Our master plan is almost complete. The Princesses and Stars are giving us power.
Bowser: What's the bad news?
Lemmy: *gulp* Mario stole one of the Sacred Stars.
Bowser: Darn it! How did it happen?
Ludwig: (entering the throne room) I think I can explain.
Bowser: Tell me what happened.
Ludwig: Well, I was using my jetpack to spy on Mario, and he was taking down each of your brother's generals. After he and this Koopa defeated Triclyde, they took the Sacred Star, and they are now going for your brother. What do you have to say about this?

Bowser: THAT IS IT! WHEN THAT PASTA PLUMBER REACHES ME, I WILL MURDER HIM AND All OF HIS ALLIES! HE HAS DEFEATED ME WAY TOO MANY TIMES IN THE PAST! THIS TIME, I WILL SHOW HIM MY TRUE POWER!
Lemmy: Woah, calm down, King Dad! Watch your blood pressure...
Ludwig: Father, calm down!
Neither Lemmy nor Ludwig had seen their father in such a rage before, but because of the fact he had been defeated by Mario so many times, it had now got to the point where Bowser can't take it anymore.
Bowser: Ludwig, get Roy for me. Lemmy, check on Mario to see what he's doing.
Lemmy: Ok.
Ludwig: Yes, Father.
Meanwhile in Wart's castle, Wart was sitting on his throne with Princess Shokora right next to him, all tied up.
Wart: Having fun?
Shokora: You will have fun when Wario reaches you!
Wart: Too bad! He's following Bowser's orders!
Shokora: No... It can't be... Who will rescue me?
Wart: Since Wario is a villain now... NO ONE!
However, he was wrong. Although Shokora dosen't know it, Mario was coming to rescue her.
Back to Mario and Koops...
Mario: Mamamia, we had a bit-a of trouble with Triclyde.
Koops: Yeah, he's tough!
Mario: But hey, I-a packed some Mushrooms-a for the journey.
Mario pulled 2 Mushrooms from his pocket and gave 1 to Koops. Mario chowed his down, but before Koops could eat his, he saw something in the clouds.
Koops: Hey, what's that?
Mario: Whatever that was, we’d better follow-a it.
Mario and Koops used the vine nearby to get up the sky. On the second vine...
Mario: Come on, Koops, we better get going.
Suddenly, there was a snapping noise.
Mario: What was that-a?
Koops: Oh no... Look!
Mario looked at the vine to see what was happening. The vine was snapping due to the combined weight of Mario and Koops.
Mario: The vine is about-a to fall!
Koops: What do we do?
Mario: Climb faster!
Mario and Koops were climbing at full speed to get to the top of the vine, and Mario managed to get to the top. As for Koops...
Koops: HELP!
Mario: Climb, Koops, CLIMB!
Koops: I'm trying!
Mario checked on the vine once again. It was about to give way!
Koops: UGHH!
Mario: C’mon!
Finally, Koops reached the top and the vine broke, falling to the ground below.
Koops: That was a close call!
Mario: We’d better get-a going.
The duo started walking again to get to Wart's castle, not aware that they were being watched by Lemmy...
Lemmy: I’d better go tell this to King Dad! They're advancing towards Wart's castle!
Once again, there were the 4 shadows.
???: That's no good.
???3: We need to stop him before he reaches Bowser!
Suddenly, a Pidgit appeared.
Pidgit: Is that what you think? I have been ordered by Wart to capture you four!
???2: We need to get going!
The 4 shadows tried running away, but the Pidgit stopped them with his psychic powers.
Pidgit: Time to go see Wart!
Meanwhile...
Bowser: What?! Where are they going?
Lemmy: They are advancing towards Uncle Wart's castle!
Bowser: I need to call Wart!
Bowser picked up the phone to call Wart. At Wart's castle, Wart's phone rang and Wart picked up the phone.
Wart: Hello? Who's this?
Bowser: (in the loudest tone ever) WART! MARIO IS ADVANCING TOWARDS YOUR CASTLE AND IS ABOUT TO TAKE YOUR PRINCESS!
Wart: That's no good.
Bowser: ACTIVATE ALL THE TRAPS IN YOUR CASTLE NOW!
Wart: Yes, Brother! (hanging up the phone) Mario doesn't stand a chance against these traps!
Little did he know, Shokora was listening to the phone call.
Shokora: Wait, who's Mario?
Back to Mario and Koops...
Mario: Wait, what is that?
Mario saw something on one of clouds. It was...
Mario: MAMAMIA! It's Birdo!
Birdo: How did you expect I'd be here this fast?
Mario: You are so persistent, just like the bratty Jr. Troopa.

Koops went into his shell and as his shell started spinning, flames engulfed the shell. Then, Koops launched his shell just as Birdo released her egg bomb. The bomb and the shell were about to collide. Then...

Koops: WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Birdo: NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Mario: Mamamia! Koops! You okay?
Koops: Ohhhhhhhh... The pretty stars...
Mario walked up to Birdo, grabbed her, moved her to the edge of the cloud, and lifted her over the cliff.
Mario: This is-a gonna hurt you more-a than it's gonna hurt me. You wanna talk instead?
Birdo: Wart never tells me anything!
Mario, hearing this, lowered Birdo near the cliff.
Birdo: Please! Let me go!
Mario lowered Birdo to the lowest point of the edge before Mario would drop her.
Birdo: Wait! Use the beaker someone left behind! It will help you get to Wart's castle!
Mario moved Birdo away from the cliff and scored a knockout punch on her.
Mario: Hey, there's a beaker!
Koops picked it up and tossed it, revealing a door.
Koops: That was weird...
Mario: Let's get inside.
Mario and Koops entered the door and ended up in a darker version of the area they were in previously.
Koops: Hey, what's with the vase?
Mario: Maybe there is something-a inside. Let's check it out.
Mario and Koops went inside the vase. Little did they know, that was a warp to Wart's castle.
Mario: MAMAMIA!
Koops: WAHHHHHH!
SLAM!
Mario: Wait, that was a warp...
Koops: I think we're at Wart's castle.
He was right, in front of them was a rather huge castle that was taking up most of the space in the clouds.
Koops: We’d better get going.
Mario: Wait-a! Listen!
???: NO! Mercy!
Wart: Guahahaha! Too late for that, missy!
SLAM SHATTER!
Mario: Mamamia! Watch out!
Koops: AHHH!
The person that was tossed out of the window was wearing a golden dress with blue designs on it. She also had blond hair and green eyes. She was carrying a wand with her.
Mario: Who are you?
???: My name is Amy.
Koops: What happened to you?
Amy: They took me and my sisters hostage, but Wart thought it was a good idea to toss me out of the window...
Koops: Ouch.
Mario: So, we need-a to get going.
When Mario, Koops, and Amy went inside the castle they faced traps like fire spreaders and spiked balls. However, the trio managed to get past them and finally reached the door to Wart's room.
Mario: Well, this is it.
Mario then kicked the door down and took Wart by surprise.
Wart: What? How did you...
Mario: It's time to take you out of Sub-con again, permanently this time.
Wart: You will die! Poison Bubble!
Mario: Counter Spin!

Wart: AARRRRGGGGHHHHHH! Power Charge!

Koops: Fire Shell!

Mario: Fire Tornado!

Wart: MEGA CHARGE!
Mario: Giant Fireball!
FLING! BOOOOOMMMM!
Wart: AAAAAAGUUUFGGHHH!
Koops: Dizzy Shell!
WHOOSSHH! SLAM!
Wart: AAAAGGGGGgggghhhhhh...
Mario, Amy, and Koops: Fire Assault!

Wart: ...
Shokora: Can someone untie me?
Mario: I'm-a coming!
Mario walked to Shokora and untied her.
Shokora: Who are you?
Mario: It's-a me! Mario!
Shokora: Mario? You look like the opposite of Wario.
Mario: Mmm? Yeah, time to get out of here.
Amy: I need to leave.
Amy disappeared with her magic.
Koops: We need to leave.
Later, Mario and Koops escorted Shokora to the Mushroom Kingdom and explained it to her. Mario and Koops then took a break from the battles of Sub-con.
Koops: Man, that was hard!
Mario: Yeah-a, but that is just the beginning...
Meanwhile in Dark Land…
Bowser: AAARRRRGHHHHHH! They took Shokora! Now my power will reduce!
Lemmy: I'm sorry! I didn't want to blow my cover!
Bowser: That is it! You are grounded for a month! AAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!
Suddenly, Bowser's blood pressure spiked and Bowser fainted.
Ludwig: What did you do?
Lemmy: King Dad's blood pressure spiked and he fainted.
Ludwig: Oh.
Lemmy: What shall we do with him?
Ludwig: Take him to his room. I will check the status of the other villains.
Lemmy: Ok.
