In the forests far away from Dimentio’s lair, four Koopalings are walking through the woods.
Larry: I knew you shouldn’t have let Roy pilot the airship! This is your entire fault!
Ludwig: I was taking a bathroom break! Roy can’t fly the airship for ten seconds!
Roy: I’d kill you now if you weren’t my brother! Lemmy was rolling on his ball while I was flying.
Lemmy: Shut up! We have company.
Larry: Down now! I know where to hide!
They crawl under a large bush as two Dimentio clones float by.
Dimentio Clone #1: I heard voices here!
Dimentio Clone #2: The boss sent us on the most boring patrol ever! Everyone’s too frightened to fight.
Dimentio Clone #1: I heard something again!
Roy jumps out of the bushes and tackles the first clone.
Dimentio Clone #2: Local resistance, huh? I’ll show you a thing or two.
Roy: Eat this, freak!
Roy kicks the Dimentio clone into a tree while Larry throws a rock at the clone. Roy gives Larry a strange look.
Larry: What? I ran out of stuff to throw after that guy.
He points to an unconscious clone.
Lemmy: My guess is that they took the MK.
Ludwig: Nah, not with Mario around. He would beat them to a pulp.
A communication device comes on.
Voice: Dimentio Clone number 43225, come in.
Larry: I’m good at voice imitations, I’ll speak. Um… *in Dimentio’s voice* There are no signs of life around here; we’re coming back to base now.
Voice: Uh, ok. What was that?
Larry: Protesters against Dimentio’s rule. We’ve taken care of them.
Voice: You said there were no signs of life.
Larry: They were the last of them.
The communicator cuts off.
Larry: Put their uniforms on! We’re getting to the bottom of this.
Lemmy: Larry and I will put their uniforms on. Ludwig, can you hand me those handcuffs?
Ludwig: You have a plan?
Lemmy: Yes, now hand me those.
Ludwig hands Lemmy the handcuffs.
Roy: What’s the plan, Bro?
Lemmy: We sneak into Peach’s castle, find out who’s behind this, and go home and prepare an invasion.
Larry: Sounds like a wacky plan, but it has to work.
Later…
Lemmy and Larry are disguised as Dimentio’s clones and are walking to Peach’s castle with Ludwig and Roy handcuffed. Several more clones and Super Dimentios spot them but go on with their business and pay no attention. They enter the castle and a Dimentio clone stops them.
Clone: Halt! Where are you taking these people?
Larry: *in Dimentio’s voice*: To the prison level. Where is it, again? We forgot.
Clone: Take the elevator on the second floor. It’s on the right, you can’t miss it.
Larry: Thanks.
Lemmy: How did you get past those guards?
Larry: Kamek’s old hypnosis technique.
They walk up to the second floor elevator to the dungeon.
Lemmy: I can’t see a thing in this mask!
Roy: Shut up or I’ll make you!
Ludwig: We’re almost there!
The elevator opens and they walk out.
Dimentio Clone: Where are you taking this turtle?
Larry: Cell number C1259.
Dimentio Clone: I wasn’t notified. I’ll have to clear it.
Lemmy: Now!
Roy punches him in the face and Ludwig hits the camera.
Larry: Wait a second, Princess Peach and Mario are in this prison block.
Lemmy: Where?
Larry: Cell C. You go get them.
A voice sounds.
Voice: What was that?
Larry: Everything’s clear, situation normal, we’re fine, we’re all fine here, how are you?
Voice: We’re sending a squad up.
Larry destroys the device.
Ludwig: Lemmy, hurry up, we’re going to have company.
Lemmy runs to a cell and opens the door.
Mario: Mamamia! Who are you?
Lemmy: Oh, the mask.
Lemmy takes off the mask.
Princess Peach: Lemmy? What are you doing here?
Lemmy: Finding out who took over the capital city of the MK.
Mario: There’s no time! We have to get out of here!
Lemmy: We can let you stay at our castle.
Peach: No way, uh uh, no, nadda, no way jose; I am not staying there with thousands of Koopas on my back.
Mario: Do you have any other place to stay, Princess? It’s better than here.
Peach: Fine, but under one condition.
Lemmy: Good, but, uh how do we get out of here?
Peach: There’s a secret passage that our enemy doesn’t know about.
Lemmy: Larry, Ludwig, Roy; come on.
They follow but the wall is busted through and several clones and Super Dimentios come through.
Ludwig: Uh oh.
Mario: Go! I will hold them off so you can escape.
Roy: But-
Mario: GO!
Everyone but Mario runs away. Mario jumps and slams a Super Dimentio to the ground. He lobs a Dimentio clone at a Super Dimentio. Then the real Dimentio enters.
Dimentio: Mario, so you think you can jailbreak and escape my infinite army and me? Don’t be a fool like Bleck was.
Mario: See you!
Mario kicks the ceiling so hard it causes the dungeon to cave in, blocking Dimentio and his army. Mario runs and catches up with Princess Peach and the Koopalings.
Peach: What happened?
Mario: He appeared right there and I had to make a run for it; even I couldn’t take on all those clones.
Roy: Who is he?
Peach: You’ll find out once we reach Bowser’s castle. Ah, here is the entrance now.
Peach touches a brick and a secret passage opens. They walk inside for hours until…
Peach: We’re here. Bowser’s castle should be a mile from the top of this hole.
Ludwig: Goo…good… I’m… so… t-t-t… tired.
They walk up Bowser’s castle and two Koopatrols stop them.
Koopatrol: You are to be taken to King Bowser at once.
Mario: I’ve been here so much, I know every room in this place.
Roy: Shut up or I’ll make you!
Ludwig, Larry, and Lemmy have to hold Roy back. They walk through the main hall to the throne room. Bowser is sitting in a wheelchair next to his throne, with a cast on his right arm and both his legs.
Koopatrol: My Lord, the Koopalings have returned along with two guests.
Bowser: Mario!!!
