Phil: Previously on The Amazing Race MK!
Phil: Four teams returned from space and raced to the Nove Tundra! A furious snowstorm raged throughout the entire leg, hindering vision, lowering temperatures, and souring attitudes.
Bruce: This storm is CRAZY!
Phil: Teams raced across moving Mushrooms and fought Snailicorns… only to find they’d be completing a second Detour! The Broques faced substantial trouble as their taxi was involved in an accident. Eventually, they fell to the back of the pack and arrived in last place… However, they received great news
Monsieur: Oh yes!! Yes!!! We’re still in zee race!
Phil: And the separated couple remained in the race… but at the back of the pack, and faced with an upcoming Speed Bump. Four teams remain… only three will make it to the finals! Who will be eliminated… tonight?!
The opening plays with no new Red X’s.
Phil: This is the Nove Tundra, a frozen wonderland that Mario and his friends had to journey through twice! And built upon the icy lands is this imposing fortress: The Nove Tundra Castle! This was the tenth Pit Stop… in a race around the MK! Teams arrived here for a mandatory rest period. With the final elimination looming in the near future, teams are on edge… especially the Broques, who also have a Speed Bump to contend with. Raz & Raini… who were the first to arrive at 4:22 PM… will depart at 4:22 AM.

Phil: The teams’ next clue is actually located right next to them. However, it is hidden in the third dimension, which behaves differently here. Teams must find this man: Bestovius. He will assist the teams by teaching them how to “flip”, revealing the third dimension.
Raz: Okay, we have to find Bestovius!
Raini: Is that him over there? A guy riding a cloud?

Phil: In this Detour, teams will have to choose between two common tasks here in Flipside! The choice is Quarters or Cuisine. In Quarters, teams will make their way here: The Flipside Arcade. Then, they will have to complete one of the arcade games featured here. Once they are successful, they will receive their next clue. In Cuisine, teams must find the famous cook, Saffron, who will teach them how to prepare a meal. If teams can gain her approval, they will receive their next clue.

In this Speed Bump, the Broques must travel along this path to the outskirts of Flipside and find this Heart Pillar, which has their clue attached to it. Once they find it, they can return to the race in the hope of making up this valuable lost time!

Raz: ROADBLOCK!
Phil: A Roadblock is a task that only one person may perform, and no person may do more than six on the race! Flipside and Flopside are extremely similar to one another. However, the residents of Flopside are generally not as friendly and upbeat. However, teams will need their cooperation to succeed in this Roadblock. Team members will find Dyllis, a chef who specializes in more complex dishes than Saffron. She will give the team members three Couple’s Cakes. Traditionally, these cakes must always be eaten by two people, so teams must convince three locals to share the cake with them. The local can eat as little as one bite if they desire. However, teams will have to eat whatever is left. Once all three Couple’s Cakes have been consumed, teams will receive their next clue.
