(The curtain rises on Sky Land and the title is shown.)

(Open to Toad's house. Mario and co. are working in the garden.)

Mario: This summer heat wave is killing me!

Toad: I'm with you, Mario! It's so hot!

Luigi: You think you guys have it bad? I'm the one who gets stuck with all the-

(A Nipper bites Luigi's hand.)

Luigi: WEEDS!

(Luigi shakes the Nipper off.)

Luigi: Good thing I always wear gloves!

Princess: Don't worry, guys! The weatherman said tomorrow it should rain for once!

(Cut to Koopa's throne room. Koopa throws a dart at a Mario dartboard.)

Koopa: *panting* It's too hot to do anything!

(Koopa walks over to the throne and sits down as a fan cools him off.)

Koopa: If it weren't for Bully, the air conditioning would still be working, but he had to destroy it! I hope Kooky finishes up with his new surprise invention, it's been ages since I've tried to take over the Mushroom Kingdom!

(Bully is standing in the hallway next to the throne room.)

Bully: (to himself) It's not fair! Why does Kooky get so much praise just because he's so smart? That's it! I've an idea! Heh heh heh!

(Cut to the lab. Bully runs in.)

Kooky: Ooh, Bully! You're just in time! I've finished my latest invention, Koopa-Snooza!

Bully: What's that?

Kooky: It's a potion that will put anyone to sleep for one whole day! Woah woah!

(Bully looks around and sees water tanks filled with a blue liquid. He then picks up a spray bottle filled with blue liquid.)

Bully: Is this it?

Kooky: Yes, but be careful! I still need to make more for my plan! I plan to use it by showering it on Mushroom People from Sky Land-

(Bully sprays Kooky with it. Kooky gets dizzy and falls down sleeping.)

Bully: Heh heh! Thanks Kooky!

(Cut to the throne room. Bully is standing in front of Koopa.)

Bully: King Dad! I've finished my newest invention! Kooky didn't even help me! I did it all by myself!

Koopa: It's also your first and only invention!

Bully: True... But It'll put the whole Mushroom Kingdom to sleep if we follow my plan!

Koopa: Sounds great! But are you sure Kooky didn't help?

Bully: Uh, yes.

Koopa: Then tell me more!

(Cut to the exterior of Castle Koopa. Sledge Bros. are carrying water tanks aboard the doomship.)

Koopa: So, you're saying that we should go to Sky Land, and let the Koopa-Snooza rain on the Mushroom People, so that they are all put to sleep?

Bully: Uh, sure, King Dad! Whatever you say!

Koopa: *laugh* Such a great idea! I'm so surprised you thought of it! Usually Kooky is the one with all of these great ideas! Hey, where is Kooky?

Bully: Who cares? Let's get going!

(Cut to Sky Land. The doomship parks itself in midair. Bully is in the cockpit with Koopa. Koopa is sipping some lemonade. Bully picks up the microphone.)

Bully: Alright, let it rain!

(In the engine room, a Sledge Brother pulls a lever. A hose extends out of the hull with a shower cap on the end. Koopa-Snooza is sprayed out towards the Mushroom Kingdom.)

(As the Koopa-Snooza rains down on the Mushroom Kingdom, it puts all the Mushroomers it touches to sleep. Cut to Toad's garden, the rain is slowly approaching it.)

Princess: Finally! I guess the rain came earlier than they said it would!

Luigi: Yeah, but let's go inside so we don't get wet!

(Luigi, Princess, and Toad run inside. Luigi stands in the doorway.)

Toad: Come on, Mario! You're gonna get soaked!

Mario: Oh, alright! I'll come in!

(The rain reaches Mario and puts him to sleep.)

Luigi: Mario! Get up!

(Luigi almost runs outside, but Princess grabs him.)

Princess: Luigi, be careful! This isn't ordinary rain! It put Mario to sleep and it's off color!

Luigi: Yeesh, don't tell me we're having acid rain!

Toad: Well, we'd better wait til it stop before stepping foot outside!

(Toad closes the door.)

(Cut to the doomship's cockpit. Koopa is looking at a gauge.)

Koopa: Oh no, we're almost out of that Koopa-Snooza! Make some more!

Bully: What? You want more? Um, why?

Koopa: So we can put more people to sleep! That first batch isn't enough!

Bully: Uh, yeah! I'll make some more, but we need to go back to Castle Koopa!

Koopa: Fine, I'll take us home!

(Koopa walks over to the control panel, presses a few buttons, and grabs the steering wheel with his left claw as his right claw is still holding the lemonade.)

Bully: (to himself) Oh no! If he takes me home he'll see that Kooky's asleep! And he'll also see that I can't make more Koopa Snooza! I have to buy some more time!

(Bully hits Koopa's right arm, causing him to spill the lemonade on the control panel, which short circuits.)

Koopa: Great, now look what you did! We're stuck here now that the controls are ruined!

Bully: Gee, King Dad! Looks like we can't go home and get more Koopa-Snooza right now!

(Cut to Toad's House. Luigi, Princess, and Toad walk outside towards Mario.)

Luigi: It's no use, guys! Mario's out like a lightbulb! He won't wake up!

Princess: Yeah, but the question is, why?

(Toad looks up and sees the doomship in the sky. He points to it.)

Toad: I think that might be why!

Princess: I had a feeling it was Koopa! Probably another one of Kooky's inventions! Luigi, you'd better go to the doomship and settle this yourself! We'll stay here and take care of Mario!

Luigi: Okay then! I'll teach those rancid reptiles a thing or two!

(Luigi jumps up and hits a Note Block. A Super Leaf pops out. Luigi jumps up, grabs it, and gains raccoon power.)

Princess: Bye, Luigi! Good luck!

(Princess and Toad carry Mario inside as Luigi flies off.)

(Cut to the doomship's cockpit.)

Koopa: I've got a great idea! Since you were smart enough to create Koopa-Snooza, maybe you're smart enough to fix the controls!

Bully: Me? Fix the controls? What makes you think that just because I'm good at one thing I'm good at another? Besides, the Sledge Bros. are busy trying to fix it!

Koopa: Yeah, but I thought with your help it would get fixed faster!

Bully: No, King Dad! I'd only get in their way!

(A Sledge Brother who was working underneath the control panel sticks his head out.)

Sledge Brother: No you wouldn't! We could use some more help!

(Koopa gives Bully a nasty look. Bully unhappily giggles.)

(Luigi is flying upwards through the sky towards the doomship.)

Luigi: What's going on? Why are they just parked here?

(Koopa looks out the window and sees Luigi flying upwards.)

Koopa: Luigi? Aw great! If you had made more in the first place, we could put him to sleep!

(Bully crawls out from underneath the control panel.)

Bully: Sorry, King Dad! I can't help, because you want me to fix the controls!

Sledge Brother: No, you've done enough damage to the controls! And you don't even know how to fix them either!

Koopa: Who cares about the controls? I can still use the microphone!

(Koopa picks up the microphone.)

Koopa: Fire the Bullet Bills!

(Bullet Bills are fired towards Luigi, who is right below the doomship. Luigi manages to dodge them.)

Koopa: Fire the Missile Bills!

(Missile Bills are shot towards Luigi. Luigi dodges them, but they turn around. One of them hits him and he loses his Raccoon power.)

Luigi: Yikes!

(Luigi uses the other Missile Bills as stepping stones, grabs onto a porthole, and climbs inside.)

Luigi: Whew!

Luigi: Well, I made it! Now to deal with Koopa and Kooky!

(Luigi runs through the doomship towards the cockpit and sees Koopa and Bully waiting for him.)

Luigi: Bully? You're the one behind this?

Bully: That's right, Mario Brother! Hey, where's the other Mario Brother?

Luigi: That's not important! I'm here to stop you!

Koopa: Just how will you do that, tap sap?

Luigi: Um, I'll find I way, I hope!

Koopa: Sledge Bros.!

(The Sledge Bros. surround Luigi. They then jump up and hit the floor at the same time, causing the whole doomship to shake.)

Luigi: Oh no, I'm a goner!

(Luigi dashes out of the cockpit, with the Sledge Bros. chasing him around the corridors of the doomship. Luigi runs back into the cockpit.)

Koopa: Give up, Luigi!

(Luigi looks out the window and sees some floating platforms.)

Luigi: I'd love to stay and chat, but I gotta run!

(Luigi jumps out onto a platform. Koopa and Bully follow him.)

Koopa: Sledge Bros.! We're going after Luigi! Stay here and continue fixing the controls!

Luigi: Oh boy! One wrong move and I'm a goner!

Koopa: Get back here!

(The song "Sky Chase" starts up.)

The Koopas are after you
They just won't give up
You're running out of places to go

(Luigi jumps from platform to platform while being chased by Koopa and Bully. Luigi jumps onto a cloud and across some Donut Blocks. They start to fall while Koopa and Bully are on them. Koopa and Bully manage to get across the Donut Blocks and follow Luigi into a warp pipe which leads to a dungeon. Luigi runs underneath a Thwomp , which falls in front of Koopa and Bully, slowing them down. Luigi jumps into the pipe at the other end of the dungeon and returns to Sky Land on a large cloud. He stops to catch his breath as the Koopas come out of the pipe. The song ends.)

Bully: Alright, Luigi! Where do you think you're going?

Luigi: Is this a trick question?

(Luigi sees some blocks above him.)

Luigi: Maybe there's a power-up in one of those blocks!

(Luigi starts bashing the blocks, but they all appear to be empty.)

Koopa: Sorry, Luigi! The only thing you're gonna get is a Koopafied headache when I'm through with you!

(Luigi hits the last block, unaware that a Kuribo Goomba was resting on it. The Goomba flies out of the shoe, which falls next to Luigi, who jumps in.)

Koopa: Oh no! We're a shoo-in to get our tails kicked now, Bully!

Bully: What do we do now, Dad?

Koopa: I thought you were smart now!

Bully: I've been meaning to tell you-

(Luigi bounces over towards the Koopas.)

Koopa: Nevermind that! Let's Koop out of here!

(They run away from Luigi, who gives chase.)

Luigi: So, where's that Koopafied headache you said you'd give me?

(Koopa and Bully reach the doomship and jump into the cockpit window.)

(Koopa runs up to the control panel.)

Sledge Brother: King Koopa, we're not done fixing the controls!

Koopa: Whatever! I'm sure we'll manage! We have to stop Luigi!

Bully: Uh, you should listen to him, King Dad!

(The doomship starts moving, but it's out of control.)

Luigi: Oh no! What are they doing?

The doomship takes a long nose dive and crashes into a huge pile of blocks on the ground.)

(Cut to Toad's house the next day.)

Princess: Well, the other Mushroomers are waking up, it should be Mario's turn any moment now!

(Mario opens his eyes.)

Mario: *yawn* What a nap! Hey, I'm inside now! What'd I miss?

Luigi: You don't want to know!

(Cut to Castle Koopa. Koopa, Bully, and Kooky are in the throne room arguing.)

Kooky: King Dad, let me explain! Bully just stole the Koopa-Snooza! He doesn't know how to make it or anything!

Koopa: Is this true, Bully?

Bully: Of course not! He's just jealous that I made my own invention!

Kooky: Alright then, how do you make Koopa-Snooza?

Bully: Well, I could tell you, but it would take me a long time!

Koopa: We can wait!

Bully: Um, I gotta run!

(Koopa and Kooky chase after Bully.)

Koopa: Get back here you block-headed bozo! If you didn't steal Kooky's invention, we wouldn't be in this mess!

Bully: Help me!

(The curtain falls.)
